HP: Becoming a Maiden Heartthrob

Chapter 226 Inheritance, Brother

"Boss, please give me two of these."

Cedric bought two panoramic binoculars before the tourist stall left.

"Young man, if you come any later, I'll have to go watch the competition too," the boss said after accepting his Galleons. "I heard there will be Veela at the opening ceremony. They're the most beautiful women!"

He had a mysterious expression on his face.

"That's certainly worth seeing," Cedric replied with a smile, putting the binoculars into his bag.

"Please walk faster. I promised Harry that I would watch the game with him. If you walk so slowly, I'll be late."

At this moment, a familiar voice came into Cedric's ears. He looked over and saw a tall and thin man with slightly curly black semi-long hair, a beard on his chin, and his eyes and nose bridge standing out in the pile of hair. He was also holding a bunch of Quidditch items.

It's Sirius.

He was complaining to the people around him, "Don't be like a lazy donkey pulling a millstone, Leir."

That person was completely different from him, with short black hair cut to the ears and a smooth face, but he was wearing a black wizard robe with white stripes that looked like a funeral robe.

But in the blink of an eye, the two people are very similar.

"Hey," Sirius turned his head and noticed Cedric as he looked at the two of them, "Diggory, your name is Diggory, right?"

Cedric nodded slightly, "Mr. Black."

"Just call me Sirius," said Sirius, patting the shoulder of the man next to him. "This is my brother, Regulus."

Cedric looked at him and was greeted by a nod. He opened his mouth to say hello, but Sirius spoke first -

"The legacy my love left me."

Cedric's smile, which was originally about to greet him, froze, and he couldn't believe his ears.

Lover? Inheritance?

"I brought him to watch the Quidditch match," Sirius said. "He's so withdrawn and has few friends, so I'm the only one who can bring him out."

Regulus lowered his eyes and did not respond at all.

Cedric smiled and replied, "I see, Mr. Sirius, do you want me to take you to find Harry? He's nearby."

"Thank you very much," Sirius said happily.

"No need," said Regulus, who had been silent the whole time, "I'm going to take a look around."

Cedric looked at Sirius, who frowned, "What's so interesting around here?"

Regulus walked away, not paying any attention to his question.

Sirius held his forehead when he saw this, "My Merlin, Leir, why are you becoming more and more willful?"

Regulus ignored him and walked away.

Sirius looked at Regulus's back, then looked at Cedric, and finally he chose to throw all the things in his arms to Cedric.

"I'm going to keep him company; he's a little out of his mind," he said. "Give these to Harry, Mr. Diggory, and give him my apologies, for I may have to break my promise tonight!"

Throwing these words behind, Sirius ran after Regulus.

Cedric looked at the pile of things in his arms, among which was the panoramic telescope that Narilean wanted. Thinking of what Narilean said about Sirius doting on Harry, he thought it was true.

Maybe next time he should consider buying something Lillian likes and let her choose so that she doesn't have to envy others.

Cedric put these things into his bag and returned to the top box. The opening ceremony had already reached the most exciting part - the appearance of the Bulgarian team's mascot, the Veela.

These creatures with glowing skin and flowing silver hair attracted the attention of everyone in the audience.

Except Harry and the others.

Cedric's eyes darted between them, his brow furrowing when he didn't see Nalilian. He asked, "Where's Lilian?"

"Lillian was taken away after her performance to help the Ministry catch the terrorists. I guess she'll be back soon," said Mr. Diggory, looking delighted.

Just now, his colleagues and superiors praised his daughter-in-law for being so brave and capable.

"Terrorists?" Cedric's face turned pale.

Lillian is about to lose all her magic power, how can she possibly catch terrorists?

At this time, the charming little girl outside had already left the stage, and the Irish team's mascot, the Leprechaun, came on stage riding a shamrock and began to sprinkle gold galleons on the audience seats. Everyone reached out to pick them up.

Cedric turned and walked away.

"Ced?!"

Mr. Diggory called after him, but Cedric did not turn around.

"Harry!"

Mr. Weasley saw Harry stand up and grabbed him. As for Ron and Hermione who wanted to stand up at the same time, he stopped them with a stern look.

"You must believe Mr. Fudge," he said. "Miss Nellie has only been taken away for questioning. She will be back soon, so don't make trouble."

"Besides, your Headmaster Dumbledore is also there."

These words made the uneasy Ron and Hermione sit back down reluctantly. Harry still stood unwillingly, and Weasley had to persuade him a few more times before he sat down.

Mr. Weasley breathed a sigh of relief, but turned around and found that the seats next to Charlie and Bill were empty. His eyes widened.

Where are George and Fred?!

"Where exactly are you going to see?"

Sirius shouted in distress as he chased after Regulus.

He really didn't understand what his brother, who had trapped him next to a tombstone with a magic circle for more than ten years, was thinking, and why he looked so aloof.

Like a psychopath.

Sirius felt very aggrieved. He was the one who was imprisoned in Azkaban and lived next to Dementors. Regulus was so happy and free guarding her tombstone. Why should he become depressed before him?

"Her death was not your fault, why are you torturing yourself?" he said.

"She definitely doesn't want to see you like this."

Regulus, who had been silent until then, suddenly stopped.

Sirius nearly bumped into him. "How did you—"

As soon as he paused, he saw the situation in front of Regulus——

In the jungle, a man with short flaxen hair was carried and walked through the jungle surrounded by many Aurors, with Dumbledore and Fudge following behind him.

As if noticing their gaze, he raised his eyes to look at them, his light-colored pupils causing both Blacks to freeze in place.

Barty Crouch Jr.

Her brother.
