HP: Becoming a Maiden Heartthrob

Chapter 223 Bill Crouch

Thanks to the hospitality of the Weasleys, Narilla had a British home-cooked meal of fish and chips and fried eggs with sausages. Thanks to the Weasley twins, the French fries Narilla had had potato skins on them.

While they were eating, the three older Weasley children apparated to the campsite.

"Great, there's something delicious!" Percy exclaimed as he came over.

"Wow," Narilla looked at Bill, a handsome Weasley with semi-long hair and dragon tooth earrings, who smiled at her gaze.

He gave her the feeling of being back at art school.

"This is Nallylian," Fred introduced her to Bill and Charlie before Ron could speak after the three of them sat down.

As for Percy, no one cared.

"I know, Narilla," Charlie, who was sitting next to Ron, responded. He was a Weasley completely different from Bill - rugged, dark-skinned, with a burn scar on his arm. He looked at her with interest. "Ron told me that you are very popular with dragons."

He also glanced at Crookshanks on her lap, "Maybe there's more to it than that?"

"You mean I'm a druid?" Nalilian said, "Even if you praise me so much, I won't come to work for you, Mr. Charlie."

Charlie laughed cheerfully after his purpose was exposed. "It would be much easier for us to have you here. It's rare to find a wizard favored by a dragon."

"And Norbeta missed you too."

Narielian remembered the first-grade dragon, whose name was changed by Charlie because it was a female. Ron happily told them about it, but Narielian was not interested.

Fred also joined in the fun and said, "Na Lilian, you're going to have a huge burn scar."

Nalilian kicked him, signaling him to rescue her quickly.

Fred then said, "Charlie, you like her, but her brother and her boyfriend also like her very much. They don't want her to run away with you."

"Huh?" Charlie was obviously stunned when he heard this, and his eyes moved back and forth between Fred and Narielian's faces. "I thought—"

"We're very good friends," George said, indicating that he was wrong.

"It's my friend!" Ron stood up and protested, "Na Lilian is my friend, my friend!"

Not Fred and George's friend!

Harry, who was pulled by Mrs. Weasley to sit next to him so that she could feed him, was too far away from the center of the discussion. When he saw Ron stand up to protest, he looked over.

Ginny, who was sitting next to Mr. Weasley, was also unhappy and looked at Narilla eagerly.

"You should behave like Miss Ender," Percy, who also didn't hear, scolded Ron.

Of course, no one cares.

Bill poked Charlie, signaling him to be less obvious.

Charlie looked at George, asking him with his eyes who Nalilian's boyfriend was.

Ron?

think too much.

Harry?

No.

Hermione?

...Brother, have you seen anything weird recently?

Nalilian couldn't help but look at Bill. He was probably the first wizard she had seen dressed in such a non-mainstream style. He really attracted her attention.

Honestly, the fact that the wizarding world only has wizard robes really limits his development. He would be much cooler if he wore a leather jacket with his dragon-skin boots.

Noticing Nallylian's gaze, Charlie poked Bill and signaled with his eyes, "Why don't you make a sacrifice" in exchange for the progress of his work.

Bill refused, saying he was not interested in little girls.

Only two little boys, Fred and George, were that obsessed.

The two older brothers, who accidentally saw the twins putting the girl's photo in their important R&D plan notebook, smiled at each other knowingly, then looked at Fred, who tilted his head and began to mutter an apology to Nallylian, and George who followed him over.

Halfway through the meal, Mr. Weasley jumped up and greeted Ludo Bagman, the Head of the Department of Magical Sports and Games, a middle-aged man with blond hair, blue eyes, red skin, a flat nose, and a beer belly wearing a Quidditch jersey with a bumblebee printed on it.

Nalilian had always been warned by Kerston not to get close to him, and this time she saw his appearance and felt a little sad.

I hope Kxton and Ced don't get fat when they reach his age.

Percy had the opportunity to show off his skills. He eagerly reached out to Bagman and tried to curry favor with him, but was ignored by Bagman. However, he got a disgusted look from Ginny who was hit on the head by his sleeve.

I was annoyed at having to endure Mr. Weasley's fatherly love and sit with him instead of sitting next to Nallylian.

"Want to place a bet on the matches?" Bagman said, pointing out the main purpose of his visit. "Don't be a spoilsport, Weatherby, you know the Irish Chasers are some excellent ones this time - little Agatha Timms has staked half her shares in Eel Hill on them, saying the matches will last forever!"

As he spoke, the Galleons jingled in his pocket.

"Uh, okay, then I'll bet a gold Galleon on the Irish team to win," Mr. Weasley bet a Galleon out of courtesy, and was given a thumbs-up by Mrs. Weasley.

Bagman wasn't happy with this and looked at the kids behind him.

Fred covered up Nalilyn who was hiding behind him. Even though he was very tempted to place the bet, he gave up after Nalilyn pulled the corner of his clothes.

Seeing that no one was betting, Bagman put away his small notebook in disappointment, patted Mr. Weasley on the shoulder and asked him about his second purpose, "Have you seen Barty Crouch?"

"That damn Bulgarian official is giving us a hard time, but who can understand the troll language he's speaking?"

"Mr. Crouch?" Percy, who had been as stiff as a telephone pole because of Bagman's indifference, immediately perked up. "He's the Director of the Department of International Magical Exchange and Cooperation. He's very powerful and can speak over 200 languages, whether it's trolls, mermaids, or turkeys—"

"Anyone can speak turkey language," interrupted Fred.

"Chuckles," George gestured.

Percy, who was interrupted, looked at the two of them fiercely and was about to scold them, but a wizard appeared in front of them out of nowhere, making him look respectful and his eyes clear.

"Oh, Buddy, you busy boy, you finally showed up!" Bagman shouted.

The person who came was Barty Crouch, whom Percy admired.

Nalilian looked at him curiously.

Compared to Ludo Bagman, who wore a Quidditch uniform to show his status even though he was clearly going to play a Muggle-disguised game, Barty Crouch wore a neat suit with a red and white striped bow tie, a pair of polished leather shoes, his back was straight, his face was serious and meticulous.

His eyes scanned everyone present, lingering only on Nalilleen. Nalilleen noticed and hid herself completely behind Fred. Crouch paused and looked away at Bagman.

"I was looking for you," he began, a hint of impatience in his tone. "The Bulgarians want to add twenty more seats to the top box."

"Oh," Bagman said, his expression suddenly enlightened. "I thought they were going to have a group dance."

"Mr. Crouch, would you like a cup of tea?" Percy asked respectfully, handing over the cup.

Crouch was surprised, glanced at Mr. Weasley, took the tea and replied, "Thank you, Weatherby."

This made Charlie and Bill, Fred and George and Nallylian laugh, and Percy's face turned pink.

Ginny, who was hit on the head again for Percy handing tea to Crouch, clicked her tongue and whispered to Percy, "Poor thing."
