HP: Becoming a Maiden Heartthrob
Chapter 197 Dormitory, Werewolf
"Is that Senior Ende?"
Hermione and the others, who had returned to the Gryffindor common room from the Owlshed hiding from Filch, could hardly believe their eyes when they saw Senior Ender returning with Narilla in his arms from afar.
He actually came back?
So fast?
"Good evening, Senior Ende!"
As Kerston approached, the three young wizards shouted in unison, their eyes fixed on Narilian, who was being held by the other.
"I sent her back," Kersten explained.
"Oh, okay." "I see." "Good evening."
The three little wizards nodded in unison and responded randomly, without any idea whether Nalilian had encountered any problems.
After all, if it really happened, Senior Ende would not be so calm.
So Harry and Ron walked in front to lead the way tacitly, and Hermione fell beside Keston and explained to him the reason for writing the letter to him.
"I suppose she never told you."
After giving the Fat Lady's portrait the password to enter the Gryffindor Common Room, Hermione had pretty much explained the whole story and said so.
After all, this is something that happens within Gryffindor, and it is always resolved in a timely manner by George and Fred. It would be difficult for it to reach Keston.
Hermione guessed that even Senior Diggory might not know, because she had never seen Senior Diggory cause trouble for Andrew Kirk.
Instead of answering her question, Kersten said, "I'll take Lillian back to the dormitory first."
Hermione nodded in agreement and took him to the girls' dormitory. Harry and Ron stopped there regretfully.
It was quite late at night and there was no one in the corridor of the girls' dormitory. Hermione walked ahead and opened the door of the dormitory. The dormitory was dark. Parvati and Lavender were both asleep, but one of Narilla and Hermione's bedside lamps was on.
"That's Narilla's bed," Hermione whispered, pointing to a bed with light yellow curtains drawn.
"Thank you," Kerston thanked him, walked to the bed, lifted the curtain, and placed Nalilian in his arms on the bed.
As he bent down, he glanced at Nalilian's bedside table, which was filled with night lights, cups, books, and a lot of messy things, many things he didn't know she had.
He withdrew his gaze, pulled the thin quilt over Nalilian, pressed it behind her neck, and lifted her hair to the pillow. Then he stood up, closed the bed curtain, and left the dormitory with light steps.
Hermione followed him out and closed the dormitory door.
Kersten looked at her, "I'll take care of Andrew Coker's matter."
Hermione looked conflicted.
She actually has another thing going on.
"Anything else?" he asked when he saw her expression.
"Senior Ende," Hermione looked at Kerston and spoke slowly. She heard from Narilian that Senior Ende had been an assistant coach for the Irish team for almost a year.
Compared to her when she was still at Hogwarts, his ideas were definitely more mature.
He must have his own way of doing this.
"I have a guess, but I'm not sure," Hermione said, hesitantly speaking, "I think Professor Lupin might be a werewolf."
Kerston's eyes grew serious. "Go on."
Hearing this answer, Hermione felt more confident. "You may not know that Professor Lupin disappears every night when the moon is full, as you have not been at Hogwarts for a long time."
"After that, he always showed up sick."
"Lycanthropy," Kerston said.
"I guess so," Hermione nodded, "and the last time Harry encountered Snape delivering a potion to Professor Lupin was the night before the full moon."
"Wolfsbane Potion," Kersten said, looking down in thought.
Hermione looked at him nervously, "What do you think we should do about this, Senior Ender?"
"I told Lillian before that I wanted to go to Headmaster Dumbledore to confirm this matter, but Lillian stopped me."
"She told me that it's not easy for Professor Lupin, and I know that."
“But I still feel uneasy…”
If something really happened, Professor Lupin would go to Azkaban.
"You are right to worry," Kersten said, "and Lillian is not stopping you just because she sympathizes with Professor Lupin."
She did it for him.
"What else?" Hermione asked puzzled.
"She doesn't want you to offend Headmaster Dumbledore," Kersten said.
"How so?" said Hermione.
"Headmaster Dumbledore liked Professor Lupin very much," Kersten said. "You also said it. First, he helped Professor Lupin conceal the matter and let him come in to teach. Second, he asked Snape to brew the wolfsbane potion for Professor Lupin."
"So you mean we shouldn't ask Headmaster Dumbledore?" Hermione said.
"No," Kersten said, "Although Headmaster Dumbledore trusts Professor Lupin, I do not."
He didn't think Lillian could handle a werewolf, especially a trustworthy type like the Professor.
"Just deal with this matter, it certainly can't be exposed by you and me," he said.
Since Lillian didn't want him and Granger to offend Headmaster Dumbledore, then they shouldn't do it.
There are many people who dislike Professor Lupin.
"But Professor Lupin's future life," Hermione said reluctantly.
She knew that Senior Ende would definitely find a way to handle this matter, and do it more perfectly than she could.
"I'll make a better arrangement for him once he leaves Hogwarts," Kersten said.
Even if he was supported by money, he did not say the latter sentence.
Hermione's worries were completely put to rest.
"Thank you," Kerston began, leaving Hermione flattered.
"I should be thanking you, Senior Ender," said Hermione.
Let her release all the secrets that weigh heavily on her heart.
"Lillian's personality is such that she keeps everything to herself," Kersten said, looking toward the dormitory door. "You can always write to me if you find any problems in the future."
Hermione was moved. After all, she had encountered countless things in Hogwarts, especially with two adventurous guys, Harry and Ron, by her side. It was not easy to meet someone who could really solve problems.
However, she did not thank him because it would be a big hassle to carry out this task. "But I don't always know your address."
"Kane, it won't deliver anything except to my family," Kersten heard the difficulty in her words, "I'm also surprised that it helped you deliver the letter today."
"Kane likes Hedwig," Hermione knew what he wanted to ask and said frankly that she didn't think this could be hidden from Senior Ende.
"Potter's owl?" Kersten confirmed, and after receiving Hermione's nod, he said, "Kane will be sterilized."
"Is there really no room for maneuver in this matter?" Hermione couldn't help but plead for Kane. After all, this white owl had made an errand for her.
Even if the process of asking for it can make people angry to death.
"Kane belongs to Lillian," Kerston simply said.
Hermione probably understood what this meant.
Because Kane belongs to Lillian, Lillian can do whatever she wants with Kane.
At this moment, she couldn't help but have the same idea as Parvati - a die-hard sister complex.
