Marvel: Spider-Man Begins Spoilers

Chapter 634 Jason Quayle

"This little tree man is so cute! Since it can be grown, why not plant a few more?" Tony sat in the Milan, looking at the potted plant in Rocket's hand.

Rocket shook his head and said, "Only certain branches can grow out. They carry Groot's key genes. Only these branches can re-grow Groot!"

"Oh! Well! What a pity!" Tony shook his head with a little regret, and then continued to look at the Milan. Although he could see some of it on the sky, it was far less clear than what he could see directly on the scene.

Star-Lord's grandfather, Jason Quill, lives in Missouri, quite far away from New York, in the central United States, which is one of the hardest-hit areas.

Fortunately, the family did not die in the storm, but the house and the surrounding area were severely damaged.

When the Milan flew over them, Star-Lord's grandfather was directing his son to repair the leaking roof.

"That person is..." Star-Lord couldn't help but lean forward to look at the bald old man standing under the house.

Although Jason Quayle's baldness at this time is not as severe as it will be 9 years later, his baldness has already appeared, but he still looks very energetic.

"What exactly happened here?" Star-Lord looked at his grandfather's house, which had many cracks. Due to time constraints, Tony did not specifically mention the damage caused by the elements, but only said that they had just experienced a big storm.

But flying from New York, the desolate scenery along the way made Star-Lord realize that the storm might not be as simple as Tony said.

The house in front of him is already a dilapidated building, but his grandfather and his family still have to live in it.

"I told you, the Elementals..."

"Yeah! But you didn't say it would be that serious!" Star-Lord rolled his eyes.

Tony sighed and couldn't help but cover his forehead with his hands. "As you can see, this storm has set the country's economy back 50 years! And this is the best result after we tried our best!"

"I thought the situation in New York was not that serious, but it seems I was wrong!" Gamora was also shocked. A large amount of land in the central region was blown away by the storm, and the surface ecological environment was destroyed.

"New York suffered less damage because of the existence of the Temple! Let's go! He will be very happy to see you back!" Tony commanded Star-Lord to park the spaceship at an open space, and after making sure that it remained invisible, he walked down first.

Jason Quayle didn't notice the Milan landing at first, until he suddenly caught a glimpse of several people approaching from the corner of his eye, and then he turned his head. When he saw this, he was immediately stunned and didn't even notice that the tools in his hands had fallen.

"Peter?" Jason Quayle was shocked. He had just finished watching the sky curtain and was still sighing that his grandson was a great hero. He didn't expect that his grandson appeared in front of him in the blink of an eye.

"Uh...Grandpa!" Star-Lord seemed a little restrained when he saw his grandfather again after many years.

"It's really you! Peter! Oh! Good boy!" Jason Quill immediately ran up and hugged Star-Lord.

"Yeah! Grandpa! Are you okay?" Star-Lord hugged him and looked at the cracked house behind him.

Jason Quill turned his head and looked at the house in the direction of his gaze. "What did the original Peter Parker say? Trying to be better!"

"The situation looks really bad! The house may collapse at any time!" Gamora walked over.

Jason Quill immediately recognized the green-skinned girl, "Hey! Hello! Gamora! I know you!"

"Hello!" The two shook hands.

Jason Quayle shrugged and said, "You're right! But we have no better place to go! Fortunately, it's much better now than before. There was no water and no electricity before, but now at least there is running water, although the electricity has not been restored yet!"

Tony explained: "Oh! The power grid in this area is still being repaired, and the Stark Rescue Foundation is already working at full capacity! But you know, there are too many places affected by the disaster!"

"Yeah! But no matter what, thank you! Mr. Stark! Without your efforts, I'm afraid we would have died! Let's go! Let's talk inside!"

Tony glanced at the house, sighed slightly, then clicked his wrist, and part of the Mark 15 armor appeared on his hand. Then he scanned the house.

"Sir! This house is already a dangerous building. The main structure has been damaged. If it is not reinforced, it can only last for three months at most. This house has been severely damaged by the storm. It is not recommended to continue living in it!"

Listening to Jarvis's judgment, Tony shook his head helplessly.

He followed Jason Quayle into the house and looked around. The cracks on the walls extended like winding snakes, and the fallen wall plaster on the ceiling looked like withered leaves.

Through the broken windows that had not yet been repaired, one could see the devastated scene outside. The trees that had been uprooted a month ago were still lying there, but a lot of debris had been cleared away.

"This place is no longer habitable! I suggest you leave. If you don't have a place to live, I can provide you with a place to stay!"

"Thank you for your kindness, Mr. Stark, but we have lived here all our lives and have no plans to leave!" Jason Quill shook his head and declined Tony's kindness.

"Okay! Looks like I need to help you renovate this house!" Tony nodded. He didn't mind. Many people were unwilling to leave their homes.

He then notified the nearby Stark Foundation and ordered them to deal with the problem of dilapidated buildings nearby as soon as possible. Who knows when this house will collapse?

Rocket sat down on the chair and said to Jason Quayle's grandson who was staring at him, "Why are you looking at me?"

"Oh! sorry! I'm just curious!" He apologized immediately. After all, the raccoon in front of him was not easy to deal with and would easily create bombs or something.

"Do you want to stay here? Or come back with me?" Tony sent the people there and asked Drax and others.

Drax glanced around and said, "I'll stay and see if I can help in any way!"

Gamora glanced at Star-Lord and said, "Me too!"

Rocket snorted. "I'll go back with you! There's nothing good to stay here. Let's go check out your weapons and equipment. To be honest, the firepower is simply amazing!"

"Okay! I'd also like to know what makes you speak so arrogantly!" Tony also snorted softly. He still remembered what Rocket said that he was just a genius on Earth.

Tony has always been conceited. How could he tolerate Rocket's insult? Of course he had to find a chance to compete with him.
