College Entrance Examination Failure Travels to 1931 and Strike Dongjing

In the magnificent palace, luxurious crystal chandeliers cast a soft and bright light, illuminating the entire hall with a dazzling brilliance. A servant, dressed in gorgeous attire, hurriedly yet steadily approached the towering Ye Daofu. He leaned forward slightly, a look of respect on his face, and whispered, "Your Majesty, we just received a call from the United States. They have sent an envoy to our country, requesting a meeting."

Upon hearing this, a meaningful smile crossed Ye Daofu's previously calm face. We are here on a friendly visit and hope to establish a lasting friendship between our two countries." As he spoke, his face was filled with smiles, but a subtle shrewdness glinted in his eyes.

Another envoy quickly chimed in, saying, "Our country has always been a peace-loving nation..." However, before he could finish, Ye Daofu impatiently interrupted them. He really didn't want to hear them continue with this meaningless nonsense. He frowned slightly and said in a cold tone, "Alright, stop talking nonsense. Just tell me what you want from me."

Upon hearing this, the two envoys' faces suddenly showed embarrassment. Their smiles froze, and a flicker of panic flashed across their eyes. However, due to Ye Daofu's status and position, they dared not lose their temper easily. After a brief silence, they could only feign composure, forcing smiles once again. "Your Excellency, the Soviet Union and Demonstration are currently at war, resulting in heavy casualties and the displacement of countless civilians. Many innocent people have lost their homes because of this brutal war. Our country expresses its deepest sympathy and concern for their plight."

After a brief pause, one of the envoys continued, "It's a pity that our influence is too small to stop the two countries from killing each other. So, we hope that Mr. Ye Daofu can mediate and restore peace and prosperity to the people."

As soon as the envoy finished speaking, Ye Daofu couldn't help but burst into laughter. This sudden laughter completely confused the two envoys. They looked at each other with confusion in their eyes, completely unaware of why Ye Daofu suddenly laughed.

How could Ye Daofu not laugh? He scoffed inwardly, recalling the actions of the United States in the past. They had wantonly invaded other countries' territories, bringing disaster and suffering to countless people. Now, they had the audacity to speak such high-sounding words, vainly trying to get him to intervene and stop the war between the Soviet Union and Germany and Mongolia. Such hypocrisy was truly disgusting.

After laughing to his heart's content, Ye Daofu put away his smile, looked at the two envoys with cold eyes, and said coldly: "I already know about your affairs, you can go back now." His tone was full of sarcasm and disdain, as if he was driving away two disgusting flies.

The two envoys heard the contempt in Ye Daofu's tone, but they could do nothing about it. However, they had come from afar and of course they would not give up and go back.

"Mr. Ye Daofu, please listen to us. This battle really cannot continue."

"Why should I listen to you?" Ye Daofu was disdainful. These bastards had bullied others a lot, but now they were scared when others got stronger.

"Even if what you say makes sense, if I don't accept it, what can you do to me?"

"Hit me? Can you beat me? If I didn't just want to have fun with you, I would have invaded your country long ago."

"You are a country that is like a fat sheep in my eyes. What qualifications do you have to point fingers at me and tell me what to do?"
