Gold Medal Sweetheart

Chapter 56 I am sensitive to such names

Tang Xin looked at Jin Taize with a fake smile, hiding her timidity. Jin Taize lowered his head to look at the numbers on the phone screen, then raised his head and raised his eyebrows to look at Tang Xin provocatively, waiting for Tang Xin's next move as if he was watching a good show.

Tang Xin swallowed hard, her eyes fixed on Jin Taize's. She gave an awkward smile and tapped a few times on her phone screen, searching for a number to edit.

"Are you sure it's this number?" Jin Taize asked jokingly, his eyes filled with a suffocating sense of oppression. He moved closer and said, "I think I might consider executing him on the spot."

"It was a mistake! It was a mistake!" Tang Xin emphasized quickly, pressing down Jin Taize's shoulder.

Seriously, if she asked for his number again in this situation, she would be doomed.

In her vague memory, it seemed that the last digit of his cell phone number had an 8. She glanced at Jin Taize, pulled down the corners of her mouth stiffly, and pressed the call button of the number that seemed to be correct. If his cell phone rang, then it would be confirmed.

But the other person's phone had just rang, and before Tang Xin could hang up, she heard the voice on the receiver, "Hello, JD Express." As if holding a hot potato, she quickly pressed the end button and obediently looked at the man holding her. His hawk-like eyes captured her, a cold glint that left no room for compromise. Could it be any more embarrassing? She really wanted to cover her face. This was so embarrassing.

Jin Taize tilted his head, frowned slightly, and bent down to take the phone from Tang Xin's hand. Tang Xin didn't react to Jin Taize's intention at all, and looked at Jin Taize stupidly.

Jin Taize tapped his phone twice and handed it back to Tang Xin. "This is a small punishment, but a big warning. Call me that outside of school from now on."

Tang Xin frowned slightly and looked at the phone screen carefully. He had already saved the number, and in the name column, there were only two words "Taize".

"This name is too intimate." Tang Xin said embarrassedly, she couldn't call him that.

"This is a practice to get used to my name so that I can be called by it naturally at future family gatherings," Jin Tae-taek added. "My friends and family all call me by that name, and I can't have my girlfriend be more polite than them."

Tang Xin didn't give up and still insisted: "I can scream it out naturally without practicing, really." He stared at Jin Taize and raised three fingers of his right hand to swear.

Jin Taize tilted his head, revealing his handsome profile. He scoffed, turned around, and covered Tang Xin's raised finger with his large hand, gently helping her retract it. "Given that I saw through your mistake the first time we met, I really don't know where you get such confidence from."

Jin Taize's words made Tang Xin's words choke in her throat. She felt her chest was filled with anger, but she couldn't find an excuse to refute. She could only say angrily: "You - anyway, I won't scream."

"I'm sensitive to such names." Jin Taize lowered his voice, "You will be willing to call me that." The low voice was like a spell that bewitched people.

Tang Xin didn't want to argue with him on this issue. "Because you lost your temper, all my winning cakes are gone. I have no cake to eat. I'm very hungry now and I need to go eat." Then she pulled her hand away and walked quickly ahead.

Jin Taize stayed where he was, looking at the pretty figure in front of him, curled the corners of his lips in satisfaction, took a step forward with his long legs, and followed.

After wandering around the dining area, Tang Xin and Jin Taize chose a quiet fusion restaurant. Decorated in white and light blue, with numerous floral decorations and a bar, it was a perfect place for a get-together with friends or a date.

After choosing a relatively quiet seat, Tang Xin pushed the menu in front of Jin Taize and said, "You can choose. You're welcome."

Jin Taize took the menu without any hesitation and said happily, "Then I will respectfully obey your command."

Jin Taize was looking at the menu while Tang Xin was scanning the code to place the order. However, after seeing the prices of the dishes, Tang Xin called out in her heart, "Brother, are you going to bankrupt me?"

Seeing Tang Xin's expression of wanting to cry but unable to, yet still pretending to be at her leisure, Jin Taize suppressed the urge to laugh. After ordering four dishes, he closed the menu contentedly. Tang Xin's trembling heart finally breathed a sigh of relief.

While waiting for the food to be served, Tang Xin pointed to a corner with various flowers and decorations and said to Jin Taize with a smile, "Please sit down for a while. It's so beautiful over there. I'm going to take a picture and post it on WeChat Moments."

Jin Taize looked at Tang Xin's little girl expression with some disdain: "You want to take a photo of this too?"

"What do you know," Tang Xin pursed his lips and glanced over there, "Aren't there so many girls taking pictures?" After saying that, he walked towards that side.

Jin Taize leaned back in his chair leisurely when the phone rang. The caller ID showed Wei Qing. He picked up the phone and started chatting with Wei Qing.

As they chatted, she gazed at a familiar figure. She stood obediently aside, waiting for everyone else to finish taking photos. At someone's request, she took a photo of the two girls in front of her. After waiting, her face beamed with joy, like a child who'd just gotten candy. Watching her make cute gestures, make a heart shape, and pout, Kim Tae-jae couldn't help but shake his head.

"Is there something happy?" Wei Qing asked, "Why are you laughing suddenly?"

"Yeah. A little bit." Jin Taize said in a relaxed tone.

"Oh?" Wei Qing seemed to want to hear what was to come.

"Maybe I bought the wrong movie ticket, but after watching it I found it was actually quite good."
