Gold Medal Sweetheart

Chapter 251 Can’t Call Me Sister

In order to change the subject, Tang Xin turned around to buckle her seat belt and asked curiously, "How did you get in?" She was not surprised at all that Jin Taize knew she was at the blind date conference, but before, she and An Qi had to register in advance and fill out forms to participate. She didn't believe that Young Master Jin would also sign up for such an event.

"I called the chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions. It shouldn't be difficult to add my information." Jin Taize raised his eyebrows. "After all, Shi Tian donates so much to the Federation of Trade Unions every year. I still have to do him a favor."

Although he said it lightly, Tang Xin curled her lips. The evil capitalists really made good use of the saying "money makes the world go round".

After a simple lunch, the car drove to a villa area in the city.

"Is this niece of yours the one you want to give the model to?" Tang Xin suddenly remembered that Jin Taize had said before that the model was to be given to his niece.

"It's indeed her," Jin Taize nodded and reminded her, "But giving a surprise gift is important, you know."

Tang Xin naturally understood that giving gifts required maintaining a sense of mystery. If she didn't even have this much discernment, then her twenty-plus years would have been wasted. She simply felt that Young Master Jin, who was usually very frugal with words, was being too much of a burden. "Got it. I won't spoil the story in advance."

"That's good."

"Which relative's child is this?"

"He's my cousin's child."

As he was speaking, the car had already stopped in front of the villa.

Tang Xing had just gotten out of the car with Jin Taize when a girl, about sixteen or seventeen, ran out of the villa and called out "Uncle." But the greeting was too perfunctory. After she finished calling, the girl turned around and looked at her with her big eyes blinking, "Uncle, is this the rescuer you called for me?"

Jin Taize intertwined his two fingers and flicked the girl's forehead. "Call her Teacher Tang Tang."

The girl covered her forehead in pain, and when she took her hand away, her face was visibly red. She was obviously quite dissatisfied with his behavior. "Calling you teacher is too formal. Calling you sister is better."

Tang Xin smiled, but her eyes drifted towards Jin Taize intentionally or unintentionally. Wasn't she supposed to pretend to be Guan Yushan in front of his family?

But he was afraid that the girl would notice something was wrong, so he said, "Any name is fine. I wonder what to call this little beauty?"

"Just call me Tongtong," she complained to Jin Taize with a hint of resentment, "Look, my sister is so good at chatting."

Jin Taize crossed his index and middle fingers again and waved them in front of Tongtong's eyes. "You're out of manners. Just call me teacher when I tell you to. Why call me sister?"

The pain from the previous blow seemed to be replayed all over again. Tongtong immediately covered his forehead. In order to stay away from the source of danger, he trotted all the way to lead them inside, "Teacher Tangtang, I'll go open the door for you."

Seeing the girl distance herself from them, Tang Xin covered her mouth and half raised her face. Seeing that she had something to say, Jin Taize leaned forward and put his ear close to her.

"Aren't you going to say that I'm Guan Yushan?" She remembered that after all, in front of his family, her mission was to act as this fake girlfriend.

"Can you guarantee that you won't be exposed?"

To be honest, she really couldn't guarantee it. After all, it was always nerve-wracking to use someone else's name.

"Just call her Teacher Tang Tang. It's her nickname, and you'll be more used to it."

Tongtong turned around and saw Jin Taize and Tang Xin whispering to each other. She felt like her jaw dropped. From childhood to adulthood, she only remembered that her uncle always looked indifferent to everyone. Even when Uncle Shao's daughter was chasing after him, he didn't even look at her.

Now he looked so submissive in front of this young lady, something she had never seen in her dreams.

Before they walked in, a dignified and beautiful middle-aged woman came out to greet them. Tongtong took the woman's arm and said, "Mom, my uncle and his friend are here."

The little girl paused deliberately after "his", but when she met the man's threatening gaze, she behaved herself tactfully.
