Marvel crosses Star Wars, and everyone attacks the galaxy

Ventress stood on the edge of the cliff, looking into the distance. Her arms were tense, her nails digging deep into her skin, as if she was trying to suppress the pain in her heart. She didn't cry, but the pain was like an undercurrent that was hard to ignore. The Sith assassin longed to be alone, and she didn't want anyone to see her vulnerability at this moment.

However, the Force seemed to have a different plan for her. She suddenly heard the sound of footsteps, which made her tense nerves even tighter. When she turned around, all the strength in her body seemed to be concentrated in her movements, and she suddenly pounced on the person in front of her. Her heart was filled with tension and anger, as if there was a fire burning.

"What do you want to do?" Asajj's voice was full of hostility. "You'd better turn around and leave now, or I will show you how powerful I am."

However, faced with such a threat, Wanda Maximoff did not back down. She took a deep breath and looked Asajj in the eyes.

"I'm here to apologize for what I said and did before." Her voice was calm but firm.

Ventres raised an eyebrow, a sarcastic smile on his lips. "That's it? Forget it. You can leave now."

However, Wanda did not leave, and kept mentally preparing herself: "For the two little girls, in order not to let them down."

Asajj turned around slowly, her brows furrowed, but she didn't speak. She stared at Wanda quietly, as if waiting for her to say more.

Wanda hesitated at this point, because what she was about to say might make Ventres even angrier.

"Your mother is my friend," Wanda said softly, "She and Merlin's mother took care of me together, and others..." Her tone revealed a deep apology, "It is very disrespectful to say such things to you. I know your mother always thinks of you and always hopes that you can come back one day. I... I'm sorry. I witnessed her death, but I was powerless to save her."

Asajj's eyes changed noticeably, her brows furrowed, as if she was listening intently to every word Wanda said.

"Were you... were you there when she died?" she asked.

"I'm not here, but Illyana is," Wanda answered honestly.

"Zalem. She kidnapped many witches and nearly killed them. Ilsigi was one of those captives. Merlin's mother Tina and I, along with a few like-minded people, tried to rescue whoever we could."

Both women were silent for a moment, unable to speak, until Ventres found her voice.

"What happened?" she asked.

“It’s a long story,” Wanda replied briefly.

Ventres hummed and motioned for Wanda to continue.

Wanda sat aside and began to recount the entire incident to Ventres in detail, without missing any details.

"Just a few weeks ago, another group led by Zalem invaded our territory..." she said slowly.

It can be said that after listening to the whole process, Ventres was exhausted, like a huge rock pressing on his chest. During that time, too many things happened, which made Ventres, who had returned now, feel confused and heavy.

From Wanda's perspective, Asajj learns more about her mother, especially about how her mother died and how she sought revenge.

Ventress wondered how the Avengers had taken away all of Zalem's powers, despite her being the so-called "Scarlet Witch." However, her fate was sealed when Zalem was sentenced to death by her own daughter and heir, Rose Lyle, for her actions.

The news filled Ventres with regret. If she had returned home earlier, even a month earlier, she could have been reunited with her mother. She might have somehow prevented her death. However, what happened could not be changed, and it was her fault that she did not return sooner.

But maybe she felt she had no reason to return to Dathomir anymore...

Her master had abandoned her, and Matron Talzin had politely rejected her pleas for revenge, leaving her to wonder why the world wasn't as simple as she saw it.

For Ventres, Dooku's betrayal was almost the same as announcing her death. She had longed to rush out and find an opportunity to assassinate him, but what consequences would such an idea bring?

Once her tracks are exposed, she will face the pursuit of dark monks, separatist forces, and may even attract the pursuit of a more terrifying existence - Sidious himself.
