Man in the Ark: Revitalizing Kazdel

Chapter 7 I want them all! (Shining face)

Seeing Roy leave and close the office door, Kelsey put down the coffee cup in her hand and asked Theresa: "Your Highness, have you reached a cooperation with Mr. Roy?"

Kal'tsit guessed that the reason for Theresa's change in state was probably related to the cooperation that Mr. Roy had just proposed.

Theresa had no intention of hiding it from Kal'tsit and generously admitted that she had reached a cooperation with Roy without his permission.

"But Your Highness, didn't you just say you would consider it? Why did you suddenly agree?" Kal'tsit was a little surprised that Theresa changed her mind so quickly.

Theresa always thinks twice or holds a meeting to discuss before making a decision on such a big matter, so why did she agree to cooperate directly this time? The new demon king's real purpose has not been investigated clearly.

Theresa also understood that Kelsey was worried that she was deceived by Roy, and explained to her: "Kelsey, do you remember what I said to you when we first met?"

"I hope that every Sarkaz can realize their own value, have free will, do what they want, and build Kazdel that can bring a stable life to the Sarkaz people."

"I just asked Roy what he would do if he were asked to change Kazdel after the civil war."

"He told me a detailed plan, from internal stability and economic development to external trade and diplomacy with other countries. He had his own ideas for every step."

"If the country I envision is a treasure that no one knows where, then Roy's plan provides the treasure map leading to the treasure."

"With his participation, our vision will become a reality. I really can't refuse his invitation."

Theresa explained to Kal'tsit the reason why she agreed to Roy's invitation, and Kal'tsit felt more and more that Roy was not as simple as he seemed.

"Your Highness, I think we still need to hold an emergency meeting and invite Mr. Roy to attend. We can also take the opportunity to test his background." Kal'tsit made her suggestion to Theresa.

Theresa also felt the need to let her followers get to know Roy, especially the ruler of the Banshee Court, to ensure that the cooperation between the two sides could continue.

Thinking of this, Theresa stood up and said goodbye to Kal'tsit. She prepared to send a messenger to summon her supporters to attend an emergency meeting on Rhodes Island.

Kal'tsit felt tired when she saw Theresa rushing to prepare for the meeting.

Roy, who are you?

At this time, Roy was looking for the way to the dormitory. He was lost. Theresa had just taken him to visit the dormitory, but he only remembered the house number. The corridors in Rhodes Island all felt the same. Roy didn't remember the way he came, so he could only find a way to ask an operator for directions.

Just as Roy was wandering around in the corridor, the King of Rhodes Island, the master of spells, the master of swivel chair racing, and the future Lord of Banshees - Logos.

He had just received a mission from Theresa, asking Logos to take a letter to his mother, the current Banshee Lord. After putting on his equipment, Logos was about to head to the Banshee clan's territory.

Just as Logos was on his way to the elevator, he spotted a strange Sarkaz looking around in the corridor. It was a strange face.

Roy also spotted Logos and quickly walked up to him and said hello: "Hi, brother. My name is Roy, and I'm an operator who just joined Babel today."

Logos saw Roy take the initiative to greet him, and he responded: "Hello, my name is Logos"

Oh my goodness, it's an acquaintance again! Roy thought it was such a coincidence that it was actually the King of Rhodes Island. Logos was so handsome, worthy of being a member of the Banshee clan.

Logos noticed that Roy was looking at him strangely, and couldn't help asking, "Mr. Roy, what do you want to talk to me about?"

"Oh, that's right. I can't find my dormitory and want to ask for directions." Roy asked Logos for directions back to the dormitory area.

"Take the elevator here first, then do this and then this..." Logos pointed the way to Roy in brief words, and then said that he had something else to do and left first.

Before Roy had a chance to thank Logos, he was the first to get on the elevator.

"What's the matter? Why are you in such a hurry?" Roy muttered, and then he suddenly remembered that he also had to take the elevator.

Damn, Logos, you have no moral principles. Roy can only wait patiently for the elevator to rise again.

......

It was half an hour later when Roy returned to his dormitory. Rhodes Island was so big that it took more than ten minutes to walk from the elevator to the dormitory.

When Roy opened the dormitory door, he saw Shining and Nightingale sitting at the table. Nightingale was looking at Roy with a resentful look on her face.

After apparently waiting for a long time, Roy gently closed the door, walked to the table and sat down.

"Shining, why are you here?" Roy was a little surprised that the two of them appeared in his dormitory.

Shining, who was sitting next to Nightingale, spoke first: "I brought her here. Didn't you ask us to come find you?"

Roy glanced at the sunlight outside the window and realized that they had misunderstood what he meant.

"I want to discuss something with Nightingale." Roy wanted to ask Nightingale what she thought about her Originium disease.

"Nightingale, I have two plans for your Originium disease."

"One is to keep the Originium in your body, which can enhance your spells and physical fitness. The other is to remove the Originium in your body, so that you can become an ordinary person instead of an infected person."

After listening to Roy's plan, Nightingale hesitated. She certainly longed for the life of an ordinary person. But thinking that Roy was about to join the civil war, as a member of the team, Nightingale also wanted to do her part.

Just as Nightingale was hesitating, Shining suddenly said, "Can't you enhance your magic and physical fitness and return to being a normal person?"

I want them all? Roy's mind flashed with the scene of the Shining clenching his fist with one hand, and he felt a little strange for some reason.

When Nightingale heard Shining's words, her eyes lit up and she looked at Roy expectantly.

You really gave me a difficult problem, Roy began to think about the feasibility.

For ordinary people, they have to use a staff to cast spells. If you need to enhance your spells, you can try to create a powerful staff. As for physical fitness, Roy looked at Nightingale and smiled maliciously.

Nightingale saw Roy's expression and hid behind Shining in fear.

"I've thought of a solution. The spell strength can be improved by using a staff. As for physical fitness, I'll ask Shining to develop a training plan for Nightingale." Roy told the two of them his idea.

When Nightingale heard about exercising, she grabbed Shining's hand and shook her head. Shining said it was a good idea and comforted Nightingale that she would use a gentle training method.

Nightingale thought about the lives of ordinary people and the civil war, and finally nodded in agreement.

Roy motioned for Nightingale to hold his hand. He was going to start extracting the Originium from Nightingale's body. Roy planned to add the extracted Originium to the staff so that the staff would be better compatible with Nightingale.

The process of removing the Originium was somewhat painful. Roy concentrated on extracting the Originium while Shining cast a healing spell on Nightingale's body.

With the cooperation of the two, the treatment went very quickly. Soon, Roy finished extracting the Originium. Nightingale looked at the Originium in Roy's hand and tried to cast a spell.

Unable to successfully cast spell.

Nightingale knew that she had become an ordinary person instead of an infected person. She hugged Shining excitedly, her tears wet Shining's clothes, and her body trembled uncontrollably.

Shining also hugged Nightingale gently, his hands constantly stroking her hair and back.

Shining knew how much suffering Nightingale had gone through because of her identity as an infected person, so from now on, let her enjoy the life of an ordinary person.

Roy couldn't help but smile when he saw this heartwarming scene. Thinking of what Theresa said to him, Roy also understood the weight of these words.

Don't worry, the future of Sarkaz and Kazdel is in my hands.
