The Romantic Life of a Goblin

Chapter 4 Discovering Special Abilities

Every time the old goblin tried to catch him, he could easily predict the opponent's movements and cleverly avoid them.

This wonderful feeling seemed like a talent or superpower, allowing him to accurately predict the direction and trajectory of the old goblin's attack before he swung his arms.

Allen couldn't help but fall into deep thought. What on earth was going on? Could this be the legendary ability of foresight?

He began to wonder if he had some special ability that allowed him to sense what was about to happen.

However, he was not sure whether this was a hint from the future or just a coincidence.

While thinking carefully, Alan was only concerned with dodging the old goblin's attacks and did not fight back.

The goblin chased Alan in the cave for five full rounds, but never managed to touch a single hair of his body. This made him so angry that beads of sweat covered his forehead and his breathing became rapid.

It originally did not intend to use heavy hands on the little cub, which had just reached adulthood, but at this moment it could no longer tolerate it and decided to go all out and show no mercy.

So, it gritted its teeth, used all its strength, and desperately chased after the Allen Goblin, running and pouncing.

Alan was a little confused for a moment, not knowing what was going on.

However, as he continued to dodge attacks, the fear that was deeply rooted in his heart gradually dissipated.

As he stared at the goblin's hideous and distorted face, a strong sense of humiliation arose in his heart.

This feeling of humiliation did not come from fear of the old goblin, but from the unwillingness and anger of being bullied.

He longed to fight back, longed to punch that hateful old face hard and make the other party taste the pain.

But he hesitated again, fearing that if he fought back, he would be driven out of the nest or besieged and retaliated by other goblins.

In this struggle, his anger grew stronger, like a blazing flame.

The old goblin seemed to sense his resistance and became more arrogant and even started kicking him.

Although he still missed the target, the old goblin's expression became even angrier, as if he wanted to kill him.

What surprised Alan even more was that he could clearly feel the old goblin's excitement.

Not only that, he could also accurately sense the emotions of the goblins who had stopped to watch the wrestling: some were full of excitement and curiosity, some were excited and expectant, and some were gloating...

Although Allen Goblin didn't know what was wrong with him, this magical perception ability was definitely not an inherent skill or racial talent of the goblin.

The old goblin was too tired to chase anymore, so he could only pick up stones from the ground and throw them at Alan while starting to curse.

The stone had no chance of hitting anything. Before it was thrown, Alan could clearly "see" the flight path of the stone.

Seeing that his attack was ineffective, the old goblin was so angry that he started to curse:

"Nima, idiot, fool, Gaji~~~~"

The goblin race had a very small vocabulary, and the old goblins only knew two or three malicious words.

Alan, standing five steps away, frowned as he watched the old goblin jumping up and down and grinning. The anger and disgust in his heart gradually took over, overwhelming his inner tension and cowardice.

With a gloomy face, he reached out to catch a flying stone, and his movement was so precise that it seemed as if the stone flew into his hand automatically.

"Shut up and get out of here!!!"

Alan cursed back at the old goblin.

Next he was about to hit the goblin with the stone in his hand, but before he raised his foot, another strange feeling flowed through his body, as if along with the words "Shut up and get out of here" just now, his anger also rushed towards the troublesome goblin.

The sound was not loud, but it felt like a stone hitting the goblin in the face.

In that instant, the goblin who had been talking incessantly and gesticulating suddenly shut up and stopped moving, standing there in a daze.

Then he looked around blankly as if he had just woken up, and without saying a word, he turned and walked into the cave, lowered his head and squatted on the ground without moving.

The goblins who witnessed all this were stunned.

"???what happens?"

They made a series of puzzled noises, obviously completely confused.

Allen stood there holding the stone, wondering even more, did he do this? What kind of power is this? Can it make the goblins obey?

After waiting for a while, they saw that the old goblin just squatted there and stopped chasing and fighting. The surrounding goblins lost interest and went back to wrestling and playing poker.

Goblins don't have the habit of respecting the elderly and loving the young, so no one went over to ask for comfort.

The interrupted wrestling match between goblins and slaves continued, and the old goblin's position was immediately replaced by other goblins and slaves. Everyone was still in high spirits and full of enthusiasm, completely forgetting what had just happened.

Alan had no interest in participating. Looking at the motionless figure of the goblin in the corner, he felt an urgent need to figure out what was going on.
