Chapter 683 Sigma (8)

Deep in the dense forest, there is a cemetery hidden.

It was a desolate place, with weeds growing all around, more than half a person's height, growing wildly, as if they were going to swallow up the entire cemetery.

The tombstones are leaning to one side and some are broken, and the words on them are blurred, as if the years have left too heavy a mark here.

Sigma was stunned when he saw the desolate cemetery.

His eyes were drawn to a bunch of pink flowers quietly blooming in front of the tomb.

These flowers appear particularly out of place in this desolate environment, yet they have a tenacious vitality.

Sigma felt mixed emotions. After a moment of silence, he decided to clear the weeds on the tomb and clean it up.

He leaned over and began pulling out the weeds with his hands.

The edges of the weeds were sharp and soon cut his fingers, causing blood to seep out, but Sigma was completely unaware and continued to clean up with concentration.

He carefully straightened the crooked tombstones, gently wiped the dust off them, and tried to make out the blurred words on them.

Every movement is full of piety, as if in dialogue with memories of the past.

As the cleaning progressed, the tomb gradually revealed its original appearance. Sigma's mood gradually calmed down, and his thoughts drifted back to the past that was closely related to this tomb.

This is the cemetery of the Pruk family. This tomb, which Sigmar carefully cleaned, is where his mother is buried.

Sigma gently picked the pink flowers blooming in front of the graves, and then, with mixed feelings, he placed the flowers one by one in front of each tombstone.

This pink flower was his mother's favorite when she was alive. After his mother died, his father planted these flowers by her grave with his own hands, expressing his endless longing for her. This was also the only time Sigma's father made Sigma feel that he loved his mother.

Sigma was full of doubts. Why did this place become so desolate?

In his memory, his father had always been extremely respectful to his ancestors. He would take time out every month to come here and clean the environment around the graves, and naturally he would also keep his mother's grave clean.

But now it seems that this place has been abandoned for a long time and no one cares about it.

Sigma gently placed a bunch of pink flowers on the grave next to his mother's, and inadvertently, he discovered that it seemed to be a new grave.

When he took a closer look and saw the name clearly, he was stunned - this was actually the tomb of the eldest lady.

"Madam, is she dead?" Countless questions surged in Sigma's mind. Before he could think deeply about it, a burst of arrogant shouting suddenly came from behind him.

Fiddy and Tennyson followed Sigma's trail. Fiddy said with disdain, "Hey, Sigma, your temper has really improved since your visit to the academy! You even dare to hit people at home. The timid little mouse who used to be so timid, now you really think you've become a man?"

Tennyson echoed this, his words full of sarcasm: "Hmph, no matter how hard you try, you'll always be the third in command. Don't even think you can change anything."

Sigma turned a deaf ear to this and paid no attention to either of them.

When Fidi saw Sigma ignoring him like this, his dissatisfaction instantly swelled and his anger burned like a raging fire.

He felt that he urgently needed to beat up Sigma like he did when he was a child in order to vent his anger.

Fidi's eyes fell on the grave in front of Sigma. When he saw the bunch of pink flowers in front of his mother's grave, he suddenly shouted, "Asshole, don't you know that my mother hates the pink hyacinth the most? She is allergic to this flower! Damn it, are you blaspheming my mother?"

Sigma looked at his brother coldly. He knew that the eldest lady hated flowers like pink hyacinth.

But the so-called allergy was nothing but nonsense. Simply because her mother loved pink lettuce and the eldest lady hated her mother, she fabricated the lie that she was allergic to pink lettuce and cruelly burned all the pink lettuce her mother had planted.

Sigma took a deep breath and said, "I'm in a bad mood today. This is the burial place of our ancestors. I don't want to fight you here."

Fidi laughed out of anger. He couldn't believe that Sigma could say such a thing. In his opinion, Sigma was too arrogant.

Feidi said viciously: "You insult my deceased mother, you insult me, I must teach you a lesson today!"

Sigma looked at Fidi. He could not see any sadness in Fidi's eyes for his mother's death, only excitement that he couldn't wait to beat him.

He felt sad because his brother was not thinking about commemorating his mother at her grave, but was beating him up.

Isn’t he afraid of disturbing the eldest lady’s peace?

"What a nasty fellow! It doesn't matter whether it's Fidi or the eldest lady." Sigma thought silently in his heart. He absolutely didn't want these people to disturb his mother's peace.

Sigma looked at Fidi calmly, his tone light but with a hint of provocation: "Come on, haven't you always wanted to beat me up? Stop using your mother as an excuse."

A cruel smile instantly appeared on Fiddy's face. He clenched his fist impatiently, then twisted his arm, making a series of "cracking" sounds, and then shouted: "You said it!"

As soon as he finished speaking, he pounced towards Sigma like a ferocious beast.

Sigma looked at his elder brother rushing towards him and thought to himself.

Although Fidi has always been a violent person, when he was a child, every time he beat himself, he at least followed the boxing routines taught by the Knight teacher, instead of being disorganized like now, and rushing around like an out-of-control beast.

Just when Fidi was about to pounce on Sigma, Sigma dodged sideways nimbly.

Then he quickly stretched out his foot and tripped Fidi accurately.

Fidi's huge body suddenly lost balance and rolled awkwardly on the ground.

Tennyson saw this scene and couldn't help but frown.

Fidi's face flushed crimson. He stood up angrily and yelled at Sigma, "How dare you hide!"

As he spoke, he swung his fist as big as a sandbag and hit Sigma hard again.

Sigma dodged effortlessly while taunting him, "Have you completely forgotten all the boxing techniques your father paid a fortune to hire a knight instructor to teach you? Look at you now, like a raging beast. It's truly unsightly."

Just as Fidi's fist was about to strike again, Sigma seized the opportunity and easily blocked the powerful punch.

At the same time, his body suddenly spun around, and he quickly cut into Fidi's side like a ghost. Then, he concentrated his strength and punched Fidi in the face.

With a muffled groan, Fidi's body flew out like a kite with a broken string.

Seeing this scene, the Lord of Plague couldn't help but whistle in shock.

This wasn't "He" helping in secret, but rather an "instinctive" reaction within Sigma's body. The boxing moves he had been taught had long been deeply imprinted in his mind, and he displayed them naturally at the critical moment.
