Crossing the Gods as Slaves

She thought about everyone she met here, Kingsland, Cynthia, Dana, the commander, and Gene, and everything that had happened in the past few days. But the person she thought about the most was the commander who sent her to the hot springs.

Thinking of the commander, Ning Hua felt a complex emotion for a moment. It was obvious that Lu Xiu's external conditions were excellent enough. He was handsome, strong, and in a high position. He was simply another version of Zi Jiang. She hoped that Lu Xiu was Zi Jiang in this life, so that she would not have to look for him anymore and could just bravely approach him. Ning Hua didn't understand what Sid just said, but she had to put on her clothes. Ning Hua put on a bath towel and went to the lounge to change clothes, and locked the door of the lounge.

She took a long time to get dressed and go out. Sid was still sitting in the corridor outside the hot spring. When he saw Ning Hua coming out wrapped in a cloak, he stood up and said to her, "Let's go."

Ning Hua chased after him and asked, "Your Highness Xide, what did you mean by that sentence just now? I didn't understand."

Sid's hands were still in his pockets. "It's cold here. Let's talk somewhere warmer."

Sid nodded: "Yes." After a pause, he continued: "Dana called me last night."

Ning Hua knew that Dana must have come to Sid for her, so she said to Sid seriously: "Your Highness Sid, Dana is my friend, and I am very grateful for his help, but there is no need to trouble you, I will not leave the commander's mansion."

Sid found her words funny: "It's not up to you to decide whether to leave or not, and neither can I. But I'm very curious, what's so special about you that makes these two people care about a commoner like you? Oh no, you're not even a commoner now."
