Crossing the Gods as Slaves

After gently unbuttoning all the buttons on Lu Xiu's pajamas, Ning Hua walked around behind Lu Xiu, held the collar of his pajamas with both hands, and slowly took off his shirt. During the process, Ning Hua's fingers scraped across Lu Xiu's back without warning. The moment they touched, both of them trembled. Ning Hua was nervous, and was glad that the commander was facing away from her and could not see her hot face. Lu Xiu secretly noted the symptom that "his heartbeat would speed up when touched by her fingers."

After taking off his jacket, Ning Hua took the shirt that was placed aside and put it on the commander. Ning Hua kept his head down until he had buttoned all the buttons.

It was even more embarrassing when changing into pajamas. Lu Xiu struggled for a long time whether to let her do it, but finally gave up because of embarrassment.

Ning Hua went to the corridor outside the door and both of them breathed a sigh of relief when they closed the door.

When Ning Hua saw Lu Xiu again, he was already dressed neatly, with his hair styled straight and stylish, and he looked refreshed.

Lu Xiu had to go to the study to do some work first, and asked Ning Hua to bring breakfast over at 7 o'clock. Ning Hua replied "yes", and looked up to see Gene standing outside the study not far away.

When passing by the study, Ning Hua smiled at Gene as a greeting, and Gene smiled back at her. The commander saw their little gesture and said to Gene coldly: "Come in with me."

After entering, Gene first helped the commander to sit on the office chair, then stood respectfully beside the desk with his hands hanging down: "Your Highness, what do you want?"

Lu Xiu adjusted the backrest of the seat to a suitable angle and asked Gene, "Did you find the person named 'Zi Jiang' that I asked you to check last time?"

Gene bowed and apologized: "Your Highness, I have failed to do my job well. I have searched all the royal families in all galaxies, but I have not found any man named 'Zi Jiang'. I am currently searching the Leeds galaxy for all people named Zi Jiang."

Lu Xiu hesitated for a moment and said, "Forget it, it's not a big deal, no need to check it anymore."

Jean stood up straight, "Yes, Your Highness."

Lu Xiu flipped open the official document on the desk and began to browse: "Well, has the celebration dinner been arranged?"

"It's already been arranged. There's also the New Year's Eve dinner tonight. We've already had two rehearsals. Do you need to bring up the live video for you to watch?"

Lu Xiu signed his name on the document: "No need, as long as you read it and think it's okay."

When Gene heard Gro's name, he didn't react for a moment: "Your Highness, he seems to be a researcher in Austin."

Lu Xiu threw the document forward: "Take a look and get back to me after you have checked it out."

The document flew straight towards Gene's face, and Gene quickly reached out to take it: "Yes, Your Highness." He opened the document and quickly glanced through it. In the folder was an office letter, which required the commander to pay for the personal losses caused by his maid to Professor Gro, a total of 20 million Leeds.

Gene took the official letter and immediately went to Ning Hua to verify.
