HP: Let professors walk towards the light
Chapter 81 Snape's Visit
Malfoy Manor.
Hermalena, Pansy, Blaise and Theodore were all invited to Malfoy Manor by Draco.
This summer, Lucius and Narcissa went to Norway for a summer vacation, leaving Draco alone in Malfoy Manor.
Pansy took Rena to the back garden of the manor, where there was a swing that Aunt Narcissa had made specially for the girls who came to visit the manor.
"Daphne said her sister is also coming to Hogwarts. I think her name is Astoria. I heard she's very beautiful."
Pansy and Lena were chatting and gossiping, while in the study room on the second floor, three boys were standing by the window facing the garden.
"So, what does your father mean?" Theodore said gloomily.
"Perhaps, Mr. Malfoy doesn't think that You-Know-Who will make a comeback? After all, if he is a Death Eater... you know." Blaise leaned against the wall with his arms folded across his chest.
"Riddle in the secret room is enough to prove that the mysterious man has a backup plan. Do you think it's only this one?" Theodore said.
"Father is letting me choose my own side." Draco looked at Rena in the garden downstairs. The two girls were talking about something and were laughing very happily.
"Theodore, Reina heard everything Riddle said to us. Do you remember? Reina said at that time--"
"Reina said she was not bewitched, and even used some tricks to deceive Riddle." Theodore took over his words.
"So this means that Reina won't side with You-Know-Who," Blaise said. "Do we have to follow Reina and join Dumbledore? Do you think that's possible?"
Draco sneered: "Dumbledore? Humph, funny, how is this possible."
He headed downstairs, Blaise and Theodore following him.
"My father gave me a subjective question, not a multiple-choice question." A shrewd light flashed in Draco's eyes.
"It sounds like someone has the answer." Bryce held the back of his head with his hands, looking casual and lazy, as if he was just watching a show and everything had nothing to do with him.
“I see,” said Theodore.
"Oh, do you understand now? Don't you want to explain it in detail?" Bryce asked in surprise.
"Father and Professor Snape were investigating Reina before. They thought Reina was unusual. I don't think Reina was on Dumbledore's side." Draco smiled, "So, do we have to take sides on some things?"
……
"Reina, you said last time that Professor Snape was coming to your house?" In the garden, several people were enjoying afternoon tea, and Blaise asked Reina.
"Yes." Lena nodded.
"Can you believe it? Reina said she wanted to ask the professor to make the Felicis Potion! So Professor Snape promised to give her special lessons during the summer vacation." Pansy quickly agreed.
"What are you going to make Felicis Felicis for?" Draco asked.
"I heard that the Felixir is difficult to make, so I wanted to give it a try. I didn't expect the professor to come to my house on purpose..."
"Poor Lena, come here, let mommy hug you." Pansy opened her arms, hugged Lena and stroked her hair.
"Okay, okay, Pansy." Lena gently pushed her away.
"Lena, if it were you, would you want the mysterious man to come back?" Theodore suddenly asked.
Several people were a little surprised that Theodore would bring up this topic on his own initiative, but they were all looking forward to Reina's answer.
Reina found it a little funny watching their little attempts to remain calm.
"What good will his return do me? I have plenty of money, power, and I don't need strength... If he can satisfy my wishes, I might consider it. Unfortunately, I am no longer interested in becoming stronger." Reina said with relief in her heart.
"It's of no use to me. It's useless to come back. It's also turned my life upside down. Do you like this?"
"That sounds reasonable." Pansy responded.
"No benefits... at all?" Draco asked doubtfully.
Reina drank her tea and did not answer.
?
the next day.
Reina led Pisce to wait ten miles away from the manor, and Snape apparated directly from Cokeworth.
"So—why meet so far from your home?"
This was the first sentence Reina heard when she saw Snape.
"Because people who come here for the first time might get lost near Talros Manor - this is because my grandfather was inspired by Hogwarts when he was young and left behind Confusion Charms and Anti-Apparition Charms near the manor. Although they are not very powerful, it is a bit troublesome to decipher them without knowing the way. So, let's let Peter take us directly into the manor." Lena explained.
The house-elf beside her, Piss, raised his hand towards Snape, and a thin, shrill voice came out of his throat: "Please hand it over to Piss, the distinguished guest professor."
Snape reluctantly placed his hand on Biss's dry hand.
After a while of dizziness, Snape opened his eyes again and found himself in an exquisite and magnificent manor. The whole hall was white and gold in color, and the complicated lighting was luxurious. In front of the high and majestic main entrance, a white marble staircase led to the second floor. A huge tapestry was hung on the wall opposite the door, and there were a lot of murals and portraits on the walls on both sides.
Compared with the overwhelming wealth of Malfoy Manor, the layout here is more elegant and comfortable.
"Welcome to Talros Manor, Professor Snape." Rena's face was filled with a sincere smile.
"Curly is a relatively quiet house elf in the house. Leave the luggage to her." A house elf with a round head appeared in front of Snape and bowed deeply to him. Snape placed his suitcase in front of Curly.
Reina led Snape to the living room.
"The restaurant is being prepared. You can have some tea and rest for a while."
Another elf appeared with tea and looked at Snape excitedly.
"Hello, Miss Professor! Please taste it. This is Lor's craftsmanship."
"You can leave now, Lor." Lena sighed.
Snape picked up the tea and took a sip slowly. The aroma of bergamot spread in his mouth. It was an excellent quality Earl Grey tea.
"Which one do you plan to start with?" Snape asked slowly.
"We originally planned to destroy the Ravenclaw's diadem first, because it is relatively simple and easy to obtain." Reina said.
"Originally? That means it's not the case now?" Snape grasped the key point.
"Because the Ravenclaw Diadem is at Hogwarts, it's just that I'm on vacation now, and I was planning to take care of it at school. Of course, if you're willing, it's easy for me to go to Hogwarts."
"If it's right under our noses, there's no need to rush. Dumbledore is not that old yet. Let's talk about other things," said Snape.
"It may sound surprising, but I think the second easiest thing to solve is Slytherin's locket..."
