HP: Let professors walk towards the light

Chapter 155 Snape's Memories 30

Time passed by minute by minute, and only Potter and Diggory were left in the maze. I clenched my left arm tightly. Once Voldemort was resurrected, he would definitely summon the Death Eaters through the Dark Mark.

"boom!"

A man suddenly appeared in the middle of the lawn. It was Diggory. He threw the Triwizard Cup out, and cheers broke out at the scene.

Dumbledore and I exchanged cryptic glances, and I shook my head. The Dark Mark didn't react at all, but Potter was still in the maze.

Dumbledore walked up to Diggory and checked his injuries. There was nothing else except skin injuries. I asked Diggory if anything else happened in the maze and where Potter was.

Apart from the mechanisms set up in the maze itself, Diggory said there was nothing else suspicious. He had a duel with Krum, during which Krum was attacked by trap vines. Then Diggory met Potter on his way to the center of the maze, but the moving maze separated them, and Diggory directly arrived at the location of the Triwizard Cup.

So Potter was still in the maze, and Mag released fireworks into the air as a signal to end. As long as Potter saw it and released the red fireworks in his hand, we could accurately find his position and bring him out.

There was no response from within the maze.

"Hey, what happened? Where's Harry?" Black asked anxiously.

"Alright, alright, everyone, be quiet!" Dumbledore used a loud spell to control the situation and asked the teachers and responsible persons to enter the maze to look for someone. After all, they could not rule out the possibility that Potter had lost the ability to release fireworks.

I followed them into the maze, until not long after, the exit released the end signal again.

Potter was found by Dumbledore, but he was unconscious. Black tried to wake him up.

I quickly stepped forward and poured the awakening potion into his mouth, while checking his injuries. In addition to the normal abrasions and falls, there was also a subtle cut on his hand and traces of white moss.

Potter woke up.

"Harry! Thank Merlin you finally woke up!" Black hugged Potter tightly.

"It seems that the result of the competition is already clear. The champion of this Triwizard Tournament is Cedric Diggory from Hogwarts!"

Finally, the Minister of Magic announced the result of the match. Dumbledore needed to stay for a while, so I took Potter and Black to the headmaster's office, along with Moody and the Weasleys.

"What's going on? What happened?" Arthur hurried over with Molly and asked.

"Someone took your blood, didn't he? Potter! Tell me what you encountered in the maze? Not a word missing!" I grabbed Potter's shoulders and stared into his eyes.

"Let go! What do you want to do?" Black pushed me away, stood in front of Potter, and said in a bad tone: "Harry has been through so much, what he needs is rest! Not interrogation like a prisoner! Watch your attitude, Snotlout!"

"I told you not to call me that." I clenched my fists, trying not to lose my composure.

"Okay! Let's wait for Dumbledore to come and talk about it together. Sirius, you should calm down too." Moody used his cane to separate Black and me.

Dumbledore came over quickly. The final celebration and award ceremony of the tournament will be held tomorrow afternoon, so the warriors can have a good rest tonight.

But the principal's office is destined to be a night of long brightness.

"The back of Potter's hand was cut by a sharp weapon. There are traces of white moss on it to stop the bleeding, but I reasonably suspect that someone stole Potter's blood." I explained to Dumbledore.

Molly at the side screamed in terror.

"Why steal Harry's blood? What does it mean?" Black asked in a sharp voice.

"For the resurrection of Voldemort." Dumbledore looked at the people in the room and said with a long sigh.

For a moment everyone looked at him in disbelief, even Potter stood up.

"The blood of his enemies can help Voldemort obtain a new body," Dumbledore continued.

"Harry, tell me, what happened to you?"

"I... I don't know. I kept walking into the maze. According to the guidance magic, I met Fleur, but she seemed very scared and ran away quickly. Then I met Cedric. I thought I would have a duel with him, but the maze suddenly changed and separated us. Then... then I felt very dizzy. I should have fainted. Then I woke up and saw Sirius, and then I realized that I had come out. Other than that, I have no other impression."

Potter recounted his experience, and everyone in the principal's office listened quietly.

"So Harry doesn't know what happened. Someone used some unknown means to cut open his hand and take his blood while he was unconscious, but we know nothing about it." Dumbledore closed his eyes and said helplessly.

"I say, is it possible? I mean, what if Harry was just injured accidentally and no one else..." Arthur asked in an uncertain tone.

"Then he must have accidentally knocked over the white moss reagent in the maze and accidentally spilled it on the wound." I denied his guess outright.

It goes without saying that the wound must have been intentional, but Arthur's words are worth thinking about. If there was no white moss, it would naturally increase the possibility of judging it as an accident, but the other party was so kind as to apply white moss to Potter to stop the bleeding.

"Sirius, take Harry to the infirmary first and let Poppy take good care of him," Dumbledore asked Black to take Potter away.

"It's really frustrating, Dumbledore. Since the Goblet of Fire, we have been in a passive position and know nothing. Now we don't even know that Harry's blood might have been stolen. Voldemort hasn't even been resurrected yet, but he's already so powerful. What will happen in the future!" Moody said indignantly.

"Oh my God, this is so, so unfortunate." Molly lay on Arthur's shoulder and wiped her tears.

"Severus, do you have any idea?" Dumbledore looked at me.

"I don't feel anything strange about Voldemort. At least now, he is still in a weak state. But since he stole Potter's blood, it means he is ready to resurrect his body." In this regard, I can only make a simple and objective guess.

"There won't be anyone else at Hogwarts. All the persons in charge have been checked, as have the parents who came to visit. Not to mention the incident with the Goblet of Fire. Which one was missed?" Dumbledore murmured.
