HP: Let professors walk towards the light

Chapter 15 Discussion at Malfoy Manor

?

"So do you know what your father is going to do?" Reina's words brought Micent back to his senses.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know. The head of the family just said a few perfunctory words to me at the time. As for what he talked about with the professor of spells, I didn't hear it."

That's right, Lena thought, if it were that simple, her father wouldn't have made a special trip to Vagado.

"But I can take you to Uagadou. Let's go and have a look. Even if there is no news, you can still visit my alma mater. Don't wait too long. Ordinary people can't enter Uagadou."

"Then I am not an ordinary person?"

"You are the head of the family, how can you be an ordinary person? Leave it to me. After all, I am an outstanding graduate of that year."

"I'll take that as a compliment, excellent little Rex."

"Of course, respected master of the family, so what Christmas gift do you want?" As he walked down the stairs, Misent extended his hand and saluted as a gentleman.

"A gentleman doesn't ask a lady before giving her a gift." Reina took Micent's hand and walked down the stairs.

"That's a shame, I'm sorry for my disrespect," said Missent, smiling.

The two chatted as they walked, took a quick look at the commercial street that was being rectified, and then returned to Rex Villa.

"I'll write a letter to the principal tonight. If nothing goes wrong, we'll leave after lunch tomorrow. Although the school is closed for the holidays, there are still students staying on campus, and the teachers are still here."

"Sure, please."

"polite."

?

England, Malfoy Manor, a green flame lit up in the fireplace and a black figure walked out of the fireplace.

"Lucius."

Sitting on the sofa were the three members of the Malfoy family. The big platinum head was instructing the little platinum head on his homework. Mrs. Narcissa Malfoy was also sitting aside reading a book. When she saw that the person coming was Snape, she called the house-elves to prepare tea.

"Professor Snape, why are you here?" Draco greeted Snape.

"Lucius, it's about Talros." Snape looked at Draco seriously, but spoke to Lucius.

"Severus, are you sure you want to let Draco know?" Lucius Malfoy spoke in a drawn-out tone, looking at Snape and frowned as if he was not very satisfied with Snape's actions.

"There are some things he can know, and I'm not here today to talk about that."

"Dad, are you investigating Rena? What is the professor talking about?" Draco looked confused.

"Xiaolong, this has nothing to do with me. It's your old professor who cares a lot about your friend. However, from what I know about the Talros family, there is nothing strange or suspicious."

The house-elves brought tea and snacks. Lucius closed Draco's textbook. Mother Narcissa got up and sat next to Draco, patting his little head. Snape also sat down on the sofa opposite.

"What I'm about to say will make you drop your jaw, Lucius." Snape picked up the teacup and took a sip.

"Tell me about it and see if it can really make my jaw drop."

Draco also sat up straight. Something that could attract the attention of both Professor Snape and his father must not be simple, and the protagonist of this matter was Reina!

"I've said before that this child of Talros is very low-key. If I hadn't deliberately tested her, she would have really acted like that. Her grades are excellent but not too eye-catching. Draco, what do you think of her grades?"

"As for Reina, her grades are pretty good. She can keep up with any class and complete the class tasks on time. But she is still a little behind me." At this point, Draco raised his head proudly.

"Don't be proud." Lucius patted his son's proud head.

"How is her performance in class?" Snape asked.

"Performance in class? Oh! She seems absent-minded sometimes. I noticed her being distracted in class a few times, but she was able to keep up with the professors."

"That's right. Although she hasn't been that blatant in Potions class, I've observed her a few times and found that she is always paying attention to Draco's learning progress. Yes, I said progress. She always waits until Draco has finished before continuing, and she waits at the right time."

"What it means is that Miss Tallos's true strength is actually above our little dragon, but she always lags behind a little on purpose." Lucius looked at his naive son, who was shocked when he heard what he said.

"Not only does she have outstanding abilities, but she also has great control over the situation. It seems that Xiaolong's female classmate is indeed extraordinary." Narcissa's mother also commented.

"This just shows that she is very capable and she doesn't want to be too conspicuous. Mom, you know, Reina is an orphan. Being too conspicuous may not be a good thing for her." Draco expressed his thoughts.

"Xiaolong is right, Severus, this is understandable." Lucius nodded.

Snape smiled. That was true, but...

"What if I say that she is a person who can use the Apparition Charm very skillfully at the age of eleven. Is this also for self-protection?"

"How skilled? Did you see it?" Lucius became interested.

"As skilled as you and I who have used them countless times, my eyes have not yet become useless decorations."

"That's not easy, little dragon. Do you remember what the Apparition Charm is?" Lucius turned to look at Draco.

"Goal, determination and calmness! A spell that can move you to the destination you want to go, but doesn't it require you to be 17 years old to learn it?" Draco asked puzzledly.

"Correct answer, Xiaolong. This is a very dangerous and advanced magic, and you must pass an exam before you can use it."

"Listen, Xiaolong, you must not learn this magic privately now. Inexperienced beginners may become separated. That's too dangerous. Promise your mother, okay?" Narcissa worriedly warned Draco.

"That's right, it's not the right time yet. Don't be too impatient, Draco." Snape also advised Draco.

"So here comes the question, if her parents were normal, it would be impossible for them to teach her, let alone before she was six years old. Whether she taught herself or was taught by someone else, it wouldn't be that simple, not to mention that she was so skilled, which means she had already learned it a long time ago." Snape narrowed his eyes.

"Have you found out anything?" Lucius asked him.

"There is too little useful information, and the rest is very clean. His parents died early, and he has no particularly close relatives. He doesn't have many interactions with other people, and he doesn't seem to be related to anyone special. There doesn't seem to be any problem."

"That's the problem, isn't it? Such an ordinary student did such extraordinary things. This just proves that she is not ordinary at all, right?"

"So Dad, what should I do? Should I draw a line between myself and her?" Although Draco didn't know why the professor noticed Hermalena, it was obvious that Hermalena was hiding something from him and everyone else. Would that have an impact on the Malfoy family?

"No, Xiaolong, keep the same attitude as before. It seems that she has no ill will towards you, right? If you really can't figure out her depth, then find a way to make her stand on the same side as us.

You can try it out briefly at school, but don't be too obvious. As long as it doesn't conflict with our interests, we can make her join our camp."

"I understand, Dad." Draco nodded.

……

"Is there anything else you want to tell me?"

Lucius saw that Snape still had something to say, so he asked Narcissa to take Draco to the study without leaving any trace, leaving only him and Snape in the living room.

"Is that the prophetic dream you told me about last time? Do you really think it was a prophecy?"

"No, I don't know. I dreamt about it again recently. I dreamt about...the mysterious man."

"You dreamed about him?!"

"No, only voices. I dreamed that he used the Cruciatus Curse on Talros and gave her to... Bella."

"Lestrange? If that was really a prophetic dream, then I can interpret it as not only the mysterious man has returned, but he has also captured your students. At least now it seems that whether in his hands or in the hands of that crazy woman, that Talros will definitely not survive, right?"

"So I said, this is not a prophetic dream. Do you remember, I dreamed that she died in front of me on the first night of school, or do you think she should die a few times?" Snape said lightly, his calm eyes showed no emotion, but Lucius knew that he had been tormented by this strange dream for so long that he was a little impatient, and now he urgently wanted an answer.

"Isn't there a Divination professor at Hogwarts? Why don't you go and see her? I'm sorry, but she did make predictions, didn't she? Maybe you can go and see her."

"Trawlini? She's just a person who likes to play tricks." Snape snorted coldly, but maybe he could really go and take a look. After all, the original prophecy...

It was just a trip anyway. As for Dumbledore, Snape always had a puzzled feeling. Anyway, he didn't want the old bee to know these things for the time being. At least he had to give him some clues first.
