Chapter 129 Reina's Rebirth 35
"So this is Quidditch? I wanted to try it when Severus introduced it to me!" Lily looked at Rena excitedly, gesticulating with joy.
"I only know a little bit. My mother told me a long time ago. I don't think there's anything fun about flying around on a broom." Little Snape held the potion book in his hand and glanced at it from time to time. Lily would occasionally come over to read with him. When they encountered something they didn't understand or was interested in, they would both ask Lena.
Reina watched from the side, patiently answering questions for the two young wizards who had not yet entered Hogwarts.
In comparison, Lily, whose parents are both Muggles, is more curious about the magical world than Snape. After knowing Reina's identity as a wizard, she was very surprised and always hoped to explore more areas of this magical world from Reina.
Little Snape obviously spoke much less, and most of his conversations were about Hogwarts and learning magic.
At first, little Snape might have been a little wary of Rena, but after a short time together, Rena's kindness to him and Lily made him let down most of his guard, and now both children can fall asleep directly next to Rena.
Reina has been here for a few days. Every day at noon, she would come to see Snape, and Lily would also be there. She briefly served as the tutor of the little wizards, the intimate listener of the young boys, and... the witness of a pure friendship.
She had tried it before. Since she could come back, could she tell them everything that would happen in the future? It didn't have to be all of it. She could tell little Snape to let him and Lily stay away from James, or use other ways to warn Lily about Peter Pettigrew's betrayal. She even thought about telling them the prophecy about Harry Potter directly.
But... she couldn't do it, she was hit by the backlash of the magic rules.
After calming down, she realized that she couldn't do that. She came to see little Snape on a whim and without regard for the consequences. This was very dangerous. As the timeline stretched out, she couldn't be sure what the butterfly effect of her staying here would eventually develop into, not to mention the crazy act that directly changed her destiny.
So, Lena could only sit with them, chat and kill time as a kind-hearted wizard.
Lily was a very good girl, very beautiful and smart. This girl brought light to Snape's childhood. Lena found that Snape always stayed under this tree, waiting for Lily to appear. In front of Lily, he would smile and talk a lot. He would eat snacks, play, rest and study together like a normal child.
This was a place that Reina had never touched. She felt that she was very lucky. It was enough to have the opportunity to meet little Snape. In this way, she was able to participate in a part of his childhood, even if it was very small.
“Reina… Reina… Reina!”
A somewhat thin little hand waved in front of Reina's eyes. It was little Snape, and Reina came back to her senses.
"What are you thinking about? Lily has already gone back." Little Snape stood in front of Lena.
"It's okay." Reina smiled with relief. Little Snape looked at Reina, and after finding that she was really fine, he went back to reading his book.
But he didn't really look into it. Not long after, he suddenly asked Lena: "Has anything difficult happened to you recently?"
Hearing this, Reina looked at him in surprise, but little Snape did not look up.
"You've been acting a little strange since yesterday. You've been in a daze all the time, and...are you hurt? You smell faintly of potion."
Reina was stunned for a moment, then burst out laughing. She reached out her hand and rubbed little Snape's head hard, making his hair a mess.
"What are you doing!" Little Snape was unable to resist and stood up angrily at Lena.
"Severus, you really act like a little adult. You are only nine years old, but you speak like an old man I know who is over a hundred years old." Lena smiled with her hand covering her mouth.
"You! Humph!" Little Snape turned around angrily and walked towards Spinner's End with the book in his arms.
Reina sat on the ground, supporting herself with her hands, looking up at the sky. Merlin seemed to be blessing her. The weather had been particularly comfortable recently. It was not easy to have such warm sunshine in February, but there had been cloudless blue skies for five or six days in a row.
"Severus, I'm leaving here."
Little Snape, who had just taken a few steps, paused and subconsciously clenched his hands around the book.
"You guessed right. I do have some very difficult things to do, so I will leave tomorrow."
"Then... will you come back? I mean... Lily, are you leaving without telling her?" Little Snape turned around and walked back to Lena.
"Lily, please tell Severus for me."
Reina turned her head to look at him and smiled gently.
"Severus, from now on, I may not be able to come back for a long time."
"Why?" Little Snape lowered his head, his voice a little low.
"So, it's a very tricky matter. It will take me a very, very long time. Children should not interfere too much in adult matters." Reina said jokingly.
But this joke didn't seem to have any effect in easing the atmosphere. Reina stood up, pulled little Snape into her arms, and held him tightly with both hands.
"However, how about I promise Severus one thing? I promise you that when you grow up, I will come to find you at a certain time and place. By then, our Severus will definitely become a very powerful person. I will look forward to seeing the future Severus."
Reina untied her arms, patted little Snape's back gently, and combed his black hair.
Little Snape still held the book in his arms. He answered in an extremely small voice, just as cautiously as when they first met: "Yes."
"We will definitely meet again."
"Ah."
?
A powerful pulling force came, and after a long period of dizziness, Reina fell heavily to the ground, and something in her chest was surging violently.
"puff--"
Finally, after spitting out a mouthful of blood, Reina felt a lot more relieved.
"Crack - clap -"
"You are worthy of my attention, Hermalena. You are indeed a promising talent."
Reina raised her head suddenly, and what she saw was not Draco or Snape, but Voldemort.
Without too much time to think, Reina immediately lowered her head, forced the brain to close, and fell to the ground.
"Master, Reina is terrified and cannot bear such praise from you."
She was careless, and the moment she raised her head was enough for Voldemort to see through everything in her mind.
