Qi Tongwei is a police officer who just graduated. He is passionate and has a sense of justice. One day, he received a mysterious phone call. As they approached, they saw a strange scene: several figures formed a circle with a fire in the center and some strange runes dancing in the fire. These figures were wearing black cloaks, their faces were hidden under the hoods, and only their flashing eyes could be seen.

As the two were about to approach, a sudden cold wind blew, the flames suddenly went out, and the surroundings fell into darkness. The figures quickly dispersed and disappeared into the darkness.

"Retreat quickly!" Qi Tongwei shouted loudly.

Qi Tongwei and Officer Wang walked along the path in the forest. The beam of the flashlight drew a bright line in the dark night. The breeze blew through the treetops, making a rustling sound that made people shudder.

"Do you think that anonymous phone call is reliable?" Officer Wang asked in a low voice. Although his voice was very low, it was still very clear in the quiet night.

"This matter must be investigated thoroughly," Qi Tongwei said firmly, "whether it is true or false, we must find out the truth."

They continued walking, and after about half an hour, they suddenly found a piece of open space that was obviously trampled by people. Qi Tongwei squatted down and carefully checked the traces on the ground with a flashlight, and found several broken branches and a pile of trampled weeds.
