Chapter 411 He is not a soldier, I am a warrior

"During World War II, they conducted new experiments, biotechnology power enhancement experiments, to create super soldiers," Emil Bronsky replied.

"That's right." Thaddeus Ross nodded and corrected, "It's not that simple, but it's also true. I ordered them to conduct bold experiments again. The R&D department only wants to make better weapons, and we want to create stronger soldiers."

"Banner's experiments only reached the preliminary stage and could not be applied at all. He thought he was studying a method to resist radiation. I never told him the truth, but he was so sure that he actually conducted human experiments privately, and it turned out to be a big mistake."

"Or maybe it was done completely right. His body belongs to the U.S. military." Thaddeus Ross said coldly.

"You mean he's not developing weapons, right?" asked Emil Bronsky.

"Yes."

"But you are, it's you, right?" Emil Bronsky looked at General Ross in front of him and said, "But you are conducting other experiments."

"We have developed a serum that has great potential," said Thaddeus Ross.

"Why did he flee?"

"He's a scientist," Thaddeus Ross said, "not a soldier."

"How old are you? 45?"

"39."

"Fighting in war makes you old quickly, right?" Thaddeus Ross looked at Emil Bronsky in front of him and said, "Why don't you switch to civilian work?"

"No, I am a warrior and always will be."

"I can make you stronger." Thaddeus Ross suddenly said.

Emil Bronsky's eyes lit up immediately. This was exactly what he wanted.

Stanley's Pizza Restaurant.

Rosen tasted the freshly baked pizza and thought it tasted quite good. He immediately said to the waiter next to him, "Please give me three more to take away."

"Okay, I'll be ready soon."

While Rosen was enjoying his meal, Bruce Banner was chatting with his boss Stanley in the back.

"Stan, I swear, the rumors about me are not true." Bruce Banner said very solemnly.

"I know. I've always known that." Stanley, whose hair was already silver, looked at Bruce and said, "You also know how close I am to you two. Of course I trust you."

He thought for a moment and said, "Have you looked for her?"

"No. She doesn't know I'm here." Bruce shook his head. After a moment of silence, he suddenly asked, "Does he have a boyfriend?"

"Yes, he is a psychiatrist." Stanley said, "I heard he is one of the best and a good man."

"Very good, that's good."

"Bruce, how can I help you?" Stanley asked.

"No need." Bruce said, "I'm in a very dangerous situation right now and I don't want to cause you any trouble, so I came here to say hello and then I'll leave."

"Just let me know if you need any help," Stanley said.

"OK, thanks."

When they walked out of the pizza restaurant, Bruce Banner looked at the three large pizzas in Rosen's hand and said, "Haven't you eaten them all?"

"But my wife and children haven't eaten it." Rosen said as he dialed a phone and said, "Weiwei, what are you doing now? Okay, then go to class. I bought you some delicious food. Call me later when you are free and I will send it to you."

After saying that, Rosen put the two boxes of pizza into the storage compartment and made another phone call.

"Hello, what do you want to talk to me about?" Tony's lazy voice came from the phone, as if he had just woken up.

"The sun is almost shining on your butt, why haven't you gotten up yet?" Rosen asked.

"I was busy until three in the morning last night. I just fell asleep and you woke me up again. I'm so sleepy now. If you have something to say, please tell me quickly, or I'll hang up." Tony said impatiently.

"I just had some delicious pizza and wanted to share it with you." Rosen smiled and said, "Since you are not interested, I'll give it to Pepper."

"Hey, wait a minute. I didn't feel anything at first, but now that you mentioned that, I'm really a little hungry." Tony said, "Why don't you just bring it to me? At worst, I can call Pepper to come over and eat together."

"Wait a minute, I'll send it over right away." Rosen said, and suddenly asked, "Is there anything eye-catching over there?"

"Definitely not, I'm the only one there." Tony said.

"That's good. I'll introduce a friend to you later. Maybe you two can get along well." Rosen hung up the phone and looked at Bruce Banner beside him and said, "Are you interested in meeting a friend with me?"

"Is it convenient?" Bruce Banner asked.

"Anything is fine as long as it's convenient for you." Rosen said, glancing around, then dragged Bruce Banner into a remote corner where there were no cameras around.

Thaddeus Ross brought Emil Bronsky to a military laboratory.

"We will give you the minimum dose." Thaddeus Ross looked at Emil Bronsky and said, "I want you to stay focused and follow my orders."

"As soon as side effects appear, I will call a halt and you can only resume work after you recover. Do you agree?"

Emil Bronsky nodded and said, "I agree."

"You need two injections," said the lab technician in a white coat. "One will go into the deep muscle, and one will go into the bone marrow. The second injection will be very painful."

Emil Bronsky was not afraid, but gritted his teeth and endured it because he longed for greater power.

He didn't want to be like before, where he didn't even have a chance to fight back when he encountered the enemy.

..............................

New York, top floor of Stark Industries building.

Tony had just hung up the phone when he heard three gentle knocks on the door.

"Wait a moment, I'm getting up." Tony shouted, jumped out of bed hurriedly, found some clothes and put them on.

Even though he had been trapped in bed by Pepper more than once in the past because of sleeping in, he didn't want to lie shirtless on the bed and chat with Rosen now.

When he thought of Rosen's mocking eyes looking at him, he felt uncomfortable all over.

After getting dressed, getting up and washing up at an astonishing speed, Tony walked into the living room outside, only to see Pepper eating pizza and chatting with Rosen and a strange man in a baseball cap whom he had never seen before.

Seeing her happy expression and the pleasant laughter she made from time to time, it was obvious that the three of them were having a very pleasant chat.

"What are you talking about?" Tony came over and said with a smile, "Do you mind if I join in?"

"We are talking about food from all over the world." Pepper stood up and naturally reached out to help Tony straighten his messy collar. She then brought him a cup of Coke and pointed at the pizza on the table and said, "You really should try it. The pizza that Rosen brought is really delicious."

"Really?" Tony said doubtfully, "Then I have to try it."

He took a piece and took a big bite. Immediately, his eyes lit up and he said, "It's really delicious. Where did you buy it? I will come here often in the future."

"I bought it from a restaurant called Stanley's Pizza near Culver University in Virginia. It's a little far, but you have a private jet, so you can just fly there often."

"What made you think of going over there to eat?" Tony asked curiously.

"I just happened to go there for something." Rosen smiled and said, "As for eating pizza there, it was Bruce who recommended it."

Then Bruce Banner and Tony were formally introduced to each other.
