Two generations of military wives compete for time

All the preliminary work for the construction of the resort hotel has been completed. On the first floor of the office building of Dream Come True Textile Co., Ltd., temporary offices have been set up, including the resort hotel construction management office, the supervision company office, and the Huaguoshan scenic area construction office.

Problems arising in production, operation and management are brought to the table and everyone discusses them together to find solutions.

Professor Jiang Yuhan made a prediction about the start of production of the third and fourth phases of the project and the recruitment of female textile workers. All eligible women in Daoguan Township and even Pingzhou County have been recruited by us. The next step is to consider recruiting textile workers from surrounding counties and cities, conduct field research in advance, set up recruitment offices in areas with abundant female worker resources, recruit female textile workers according to quality and quantity, and ensure smooth production in the workshop.
