The first time in history

Li Shishi stood at the entrance of the main hall, wearing only a goose egg yellow gauze skirt. Her belly was slightly bulging, and she was looking at Qian Mingduo with a smile.

"Why did you get up so early today?" Qian Mingduo stepped forward to support Li Shishi, "Are you a little hungry?"
