A pot-carrying machine is divided into five parts.

Then you can use this data to calculate the percentage. Generally speaking, the clay content should be kept between 5% and 15%.

After repeated tests, Zhao Tianyang finally found the right ratio and began to mix clay and river sand on a large scale, obtaining 200 kilograms of qualified mixture.

With the mixture, Zhao Tianyang took the freshly carved wooden cylinder model from Wang Er and put it into a square basket.

Then pour the mixture into a basket and compact it. Note that the size of the model should be slightly larger than the sand mold to allow for shrinkage and prevent voids during the casting process.

From then on, the sand mold is ready.

Of course, after getting the cylinder, you also need to remove the sand attached to it and grind the excess metal on the cylinder.
