Keeping the promise

Qin Huaifeng frowned, struggling internally. On the one hand, he knew that Qin Huaiwei's crime was unforgivable and she should bear legal responsibility for her actions; but on the other hand, she was his little sister after all, and seeing her in such pain and fear, his heart could not help but soften.
