Keeping the promise

Qi Yue looked at the scene in front of her and instantly understood that Li Yunting was not seeing anyone else, but just not seeing her.

Her face became even uglier, and her heart was filled with jealousy and resentment. But in the end, she realized that waiting any longer would not yield any results, so she slowly stood up and left with a heart full of resentment and helplessness.

The moment he walked out of the company building, Qi Yue looked back, his eyes filled with complicated emotions, then he gritted his teeth, turned around and disappeared into the crowd.

Zheng Wancheng had nothing to do that day. Thinking that Li Yunting was busy at the company and must not have eaten well, she cooked a meal herself and sent it to him.

Li Yunting saw Zheng Wancheng walk into the office, and he quickly stood up and carefully helped her sit down, muttering, "You're pregnant and you still can't stay idle, making this trip."

Zheng Wancheng smiled and opened the lunch box, handed it to Li Yunting, and said, "Try it quickly, I made it especially for you."

Li Yunting took the chopsticks and started eating without changing his expression.

Zheng Wancheng asked expectantly, "Is it delicious?"

Li Yunting answered without hesitation: "Delicious."

Zheng Wancheng smiled and said, "I cooked this myself today. Come, let me try it." Then he picked up and opened another lunch box, ready to eat together.

As soon as she put the food into her mouth, Zheng Wancheng's face changed. The taste was so unpalatable that she couldn't help but say, "This is too disgusting!"

Li Yunting smiled and said, "As long as it's made by you, it's delicious to me."

Zheng Wancheng looked at Li Yunting with emotion and said angrily, "You are the only one who talks sweetly."

Zheng Wancheng said anxiously: "Don't eat it without any salt. How can you eat it?"

Li Yunting obediently put down his chopsticks, stood up, made a phone call, and asked someone to deliver the food.

After finishing the call, Li Yunting walked to the sofa and sat down while gently hugging Zheng Wancheng.

Zheng Wancheng took out her phone, opened the game, and prepared to play a few games. Li Yunting looked at her lovingly, with a gentle smile on his face.

Zheng Wancheng stared at the screen of her mobile phone with full concentration, operating it flexibly with her fingers. Li Yunting looked at her expression from time to time, feeling her happiness and concentration at the moment.

Occasionally, Zheng Wancheng frowned because of the situation in the game, and Li Yunting would comfort her softly: "Don't worry, take your time."

With Li Yunting's company, Zheng Wancheng fully enjoyed this moment of relaxation.

Soon, the food was served, all of which were Zheng Wancheng's favorite dishes. The two of them had lunch together warmly, enjoying this moment of peace and sweetness.

After finishing the meal, Zheng Wancheng looked at Li Yunting distressedly and said, "Take a rest before working again. Don't tire yourself out."

Li Yunting smiled slightly, picked up Zheng Wancheng without saying a word, and walked towards the lounge.

After entering the lounge, Li Yunting gently placed Zheng Wancheng on the bed and lay down beside her on his side.

He stared at Zheng Wancheng, who looked even cuter because of her baby fat from pregnancy. His Adam's apple moved, and he couldn't help but whispered in Zheng Wancheng's ear, "Wife."

Zheng Wancheng's face instantly turned red, and she pushed him coquettishly: "What are you doing? Stop it."

Li Yunting hugged her tighter, his voice becoming gentler: "Wife."

Zheng Wancheng felt as sweet as if she had eaten honey. She leaned into Li Yunting's arms and whispered, "I'm here."

Li Yunting gazed at Zheng Wancheng affectionately, and then, unable to suppress his inner impulse any longer, he leaned over and kissed Zheng Wancheng on the lips.

His kiss was gentle and careful at first, as if he was treating a priceless treasure.

Zheng Wancheng was stunned for a moment, then slowly closed his eyes and responded to his kiss.

Li Yunting's kiss gradually became passionate and deep, and his breath tightly surrounded Zheng Wancheng.

Zheng Wancheng's hands unconsciously climbed up Li Yunting's neck, and the emotions between them became stronger with this kiss.

After a long time, Li Yunting reluctantly let go of Zheng Wancheng. Their foreheads touched each other, and their breathing became a little rapid.

He lay quietly in her arms, feeling her warmth and comfort. He closed his eyes.

The room was filled with sweet love as they snuggled up to each other, enjoying their lunch break which belonged only to them.
