Keeping the promise

Zheng Wancheng watched Li Yunxuan playing happily with the kitten, so he smiled and shouted, "Yunxuan, stop playing, come and wash your hands and eat."

When Li Yunxuan heard his mother calling him, he looked at the little tabby cat reluctantly, but still ran over obediently.

The meal was finished with Li Yunxuan chattering. After the meal, Li Yunxuan immediately jumped off the chair, ran to the living room, picked up the kitten, turned to his parents and said, "Let's go give the kitten a bath."

Zheng Wancheng and Li Yunting stood up with a smile and followed Li Yunxuan to the bathroom.

Li Yunxuan carefully placed the kitten into the prepared basin of water, being so gentle as not to hurt it.

Zheng Wancheng and Li Yunting returned to the room and gently closed the door. Li Yunting pulled Zheng Wancheng to the bedside and they sat down side by side.
