Chapter 466 Conqueror Kang
Chapter 466: Conqueror Kang
During this time, Kang the Conqueror ruled the locals as Pharaoh (Rama-Tut) for 10 years and met Samira, his mistress on the Nile River who eventually became his enemy. Amenhotep and the time traveler were transformed into vampire-like creatures by the Killpower and Genetix corporate teams.
The Egyptian general Ozymandias (a subordinate of Kang the Conqueror) wipes out the tribe of En Sabah Nur, the Apocalypse, who is determined to seek revenge on Pharaoh Kang Rama-Tut.
Kang also wanted to subdue him, but he was caught up in a battle with the Fantastic Four, the moon god Khonshu, the modern Doctor Strange and the Avengers, and was ultimately defeated and had to withdraw from that point in time.
In the 40th century, on their way back to the future, a time storm transported Kang the Conqueror and one of his sons, Ramades Richards, to the present day, where they met Doctor Doom.
Due to the time storm, the time machine was damaged, and the time machine took them to the future several years later, and also fell into Egypt, and met the time travelers Blaquesmith and Cable. Kang the Conqueror, under the revelation of Doctor Doom, wore the Bloody Centurion armor to another time point (Earth-689), and tricked the members of the Avengers and all his fellow heroes into a civil war, so that he could escape from this wrong time point and return to the future. But he was defeated by the Avengers from the time point of Earth-616.
Kang the Conqueror and his entourage then tried to return to their original starting point, but time was interrupted, teleporting him to the 40th century of another Earth. In the 40th century, the entire world had already been conquered by Kang.
Kang even destroyed a small country just to get the king's daughter Ravonna. Kang's life gradually became nonlinear, because every time point he stepped into would produce at least one wormhole that diverged into a new timeline, and the location of each wormhole Kang encountered was difficult to determine.
After Kang conquered everything within 1901 light years, his next target was the world of his ancestors in the modern Marvel Universe. But the Avengers forced him to abandon his attack. Seeking a new power base, Kang established himself in time for the triumphant AD, becoming the inventor and industrialist of the city of Wisconsin, elected its first mayor, and transforming it into future-century technology.
Kang's time spinner caused him to witness the demise of Spider-Man and the Avengers. Returning to the 40th century, Kang completed his war to conquer the galaxy, even invading other dimensions. In this universe, he acquired technology that allowed him to create the powerful Growing Men.
Kang brought the Avengers to drive out the other small kingdoms in the galaxy, preparing to conquer or defeat them. Although two Avengers and Ravonna disobeyed his orders, the angry Kang easily conquered Ravana's small kingdom.
However, Kang attempts to force Romola (Ravonna) to marry him, and the unrest he causes prevents his troops from following his own edict to kill all conquered rulers. Kang's army, led by General Baltag, eventually defect to the Avengers and attack Kang. Kang had risked his life to save Romola, impressing them, and both were severely injured as a result. A severely injured Kang attempts to revive Romola.
Later, the cosmic Grandmaster challenged him for dominance, offering him the power of life or death as a prize. Relying on the Avengers' pawns, Kang emerged victorious, but he chose the power of death in an attempt to kill the Avengers.
To prevent the Avengers from growing into a threat, Kang then attempted to use the Hulk to kill Bruce Banner's ancestors, but the Hulk foiled the plot. Kang then sent his own robots and rival Time Lord Zarrko to capture the Avengers in a future war.
One of Kang's most ruthless moves was his quest for the Mother, a woman destined to be born into the most powerful universe. In order to become a father, Kang hid the Mother's identity and kidnapped Agatha Harkness, Mantis, and Scarlet Witch.
Mantis is finally revealed to be the Virgin, and when Kang is unable to get her, he tries to kill her; but the fatal blast he unleashes is intercepted by the Swordsman, who dies. Kang and Romuald descend into the underworld of Tutankhamun and meet Immortus, a male version of himself from a potential future, but Kang imprisons Immortus and uses his technology to create the Undead Legion, a team of supposedly dead pawns from past ages.
The Avengers defeated the Burning Legion, but Kang escaped. Kang soon returned, from a different time period, to form a trio of alliances and attempted to kidnap Mantis at her wedding, but Immortus foiled his plot by using a dimensional illusion to make himself his captive.
Kang erects a tombstone in Arizona, circa 1873 AD, intending to use it as a stepping stone to overcome the modern age. Opposed by cowboy heroes, as well as the time-traveling Avengers, Kang disintegrates into battle with Thor when his force field shorts out.
However, the failsafe device transported Kang's consciousness to another body, as he did in many other similar near-death experiences. Although occurring in modern rapid succession, the last two events accounted for a decade of Kang's life.
Less time-intensive efforts include a quest for the reality-altering power of the Cosmic Cube, an attempt facilitated by an Inuit (Eskimo) aningankenojuak to reclaim Captain America as a "god in ice" who worshipped him years ago.
Another 40th Century conquers Earth, joins the legendary First Order, and participates in a Heroes vs Villains War against the nearly omnipotent Battleworld Boda. Kang again finds his 40th Century base overrun by rebels loyal to Batah.
To restore his base, he finds more and more people stored in this era, including Thor who banished him to Hell. Kang stumbles upon Fortress Immortus, lights out the worship, and learns many different slices of himself.
Manipulated unwittingly by Immortus, Kang forms the Council of Kangs, chooses some of his most capable peers as allies, and begins eliminating superfluous slices of himself from each alternate reality.
