Princess Lily Arrives

Lily and Xiao Li had just finished an adventure and before they had time to enjoy a peaceful life, new challenges followed.

One day, Lily was busy in the office when she suddenly received an unsigned letter, which was wrapped in old kraft paper and exuded a strange fragrance.

"Lily, what is this?" Xiao Li came over curiously.

"This door seems to require a special method to open." Xiao Li said.

Lily felt the pattern on the stone door and suddenly found a hidden mechanism. She pressed it lightly, and the stone door made a heavy sound and slowly opened. Behind the door was a spacious hall, and the walls were inlaid with glowing gems, illuminating the entire hall like daylight.

"Wow, it's so beautiful here!" Xiao Li exclaimed.

Lily was also shocked by the scene before her. She noticed that there was a tall altar in the center of the hall, on which was placed an exquisite artifact, which was the legendary artifact mentioned in the letter.

"This is what we're looking for." Lily stepped forward and carefully took down the artifact.

At this moment, a deep voice suddenly came from the hall, "How dare you break in here!"

Lily and Xiao Li were startled and looked back to find a man in a robe staring at them coldly.

"Who are you?" Lily asked.

The man sneered, "I am the guardian of this ancient city. You have trespassed without permission and must be punished."

After that, he waved his hand and summoned a group of stone statues to rush towards Lily and Xiao Li. Lily quickly drew out her dagger, while Xiao Li used a torch to fight the stone statues. The two cooperated well and started a fierce battle.

"These stone statues are too difficult to deal with!" Xiao Li complained while dodging the attacks of the stone statues.

"Don't be afraid, we can definitely defeat them!" Lily encouraged, and she used the power of the artifact to smash a stone statue.

The battle lasted for a while, and Lily and Xiao Li finally defeated all the stone statue guards. Seeing this, the guardian's face changed drastically, and he quickly cast a spell to escape.

“We can’t let him get away!” Lily shouted, and chased after him with Xiao Li.

They chased the Guardian through a long passage and finally came to a huge underground lake. In the middle of the lake was a floating island with a huge crystal standing on it.

"There must be something wrong with that crystal!" Xiao Li said, pointing at the crystal.

Lily nodded, "We must stop the Guardian's plot."

They took a small boat to the floating island and found the guardian preparing to activate the crystal. Lily quickly took action and used the power of the artifact to stop his spell.

"Don't you dare stop me!" the guardian shouted angrily, waving his staff to attack Lily and Xiao Li.

Lily and Xiao Li fought a desperate battle with the guardian. Lily used the power of the artifact to neutralize the guardian's attack, while Xiao Li used a torch to interfere with his spellcasting. The two cooperated well and gradually gained the upper hand.

Finally, Lily defeated the enemy with one move and knocked the Guardian's staff away. Without the staff, the Guardian's power was greatly reduced and he was subdued by Lily and Xiao Li.

"You win, but this is just the beginning." The guardian said coldly, then turned into a puff of black smoke and disappeared into the air.

Lily and Xiao Li looked at the disappearing guardian, full of confusion. "What is going on? Why did the guardian say this is the beginning?"

"Perhaps, there is a bigger secret behind this." Xiao Li said.

Lily nodded, "No matter what, we will find out."

They returned to the modern world with the artifact and the newly discovered clues. Lily handed the artifact over to the company's research department, and continued to investigate the secrets behind the guardian with Xiao Li.
