Yu Ru arrived in the UK at three o'clock in the afternoon, UK time.

She came to the UK without telling Ming Shisui in advance, wanting to give her a surprise. But now that she has landed, she thought that her sudden arrival might disrupt other people's original plans, so she contacted Ming Shisui first to ask about her schedule for today.
