Chapter 1 Princess Yifang in the Book
----
Princess Yifang was a daughter of the Tang royal family.
In 745 AD, the fourth year of Tianbao, she was named Princess Yifang and married to Li Yanchong, the leader of the Xi tribe.
Only half a year after her marriage, An Lushan, in order to gain military merits at the border, launched several attacks on the Xi and Khitan, which resulted in Princess Yifang being beheaded by the Xi leader as a sacrifice, and then the Xi rebelled.
In the same year, Princess Jingle, who married into the Khitan Empire, was beheaded by the Khitan Empire within half a year.
The Complete Tang Poems includes a poem titled "Xu Chi Station Screen" written by Princess Yifang when she got married:
It is so hard to say goodbye to your hometown when you get married.
The Holy Grace is worried about the long journey, and weep as we walk along the road.
The beauty of Shasai is gone, and the powder and rouge in the corners are withered.
My heart is broken, I will look forward to Chang'an one day
...
Volume 5 of the New Book of Tang, Chronicle of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang, states: "In the fourth year, on the rd month, on the renshen day, Yang's daughter was named Princess Yifang and married to Li Tingchong, the governor of Xiraole."
"Zizhi Tongjian" Volume 215: "An Lushan wanted to gain favor by his military exploits, and he invaded and plundered the Xi and Khitan several times. The Xi and Khitan each killed their princesses and rebelled, but An Lushan defeated them."
In 755 AD, An Lushan rebelled and the "An Lushan Rebellion" broke out...
In 757 AD, Emperor Suzong of Tang borrowed troops from the Huihe and promised: "On the day when the city is conquered, the land and common people will return to the Tang, and the gold, silk, and children will all return to the Huihe.
The Zizhi Tongjian records: "The Huihe entered Tokyo and killed and looted at will, killing tens of thousands of people and burning for several days."
----
The prosperity was gone, treacherous ministers were in power, the emperor favored the imperial concubine, had thirty sons and twenty daughters.
Nine princesses were married off, and two of them died tragically. The princesses of the royal family had to suffer for the real princesses.
The dynasty declined, the An-Shi Rebellion lasted for eight years, and the population of 53 million was reduced to only 17 million. The people were displaced and the women were captured and enslaved...
Princess Yifang traveled through the book and changed her fate against all odds, protecting loyal people, killing rebels and stopping war.
In this article, the parallel universe of history and fiction is constructed, and all the characters are pseudonyms.
----
Original scene 1:
"General Mu Chen of Huaihua has raised an army to rebel and commit treason. His entire family is to be executed. However, considering that his daughter Mu Jinan is the descendant of Princess Rongde, she is specially named Princess Yifang and is to go to the Qingque tribe to marry her."
Amid the flashing of swords and the shadow of sabers, there were bursts of screams.
A flash of lightning illuminated the entire mansion, reflecting the souls of the dead who died tragically in the yard. A violent storm raged, and the earth instantly turned into a vast ocean of blood.
Mu Jinan was lying on the ground, his hands and feet were tied, his mouth was tightly gagged, and his fair cheeks were stained with the blood of his relatives.
The pain spread throughout my body, and I burst into tears:
"I'm already married, how can I marry someone else?"
"Aunt", "Brother", "Sister-in-law", "Dad"
"Don't kill them, don't"
Her husband, Prince Rui Li Heng, stepped hard on her face.
Li Heng was once a lowly hostage.
He lifted Mu Jinan's chin, squeezed her neck tightly, and said sternly:
"Jin'an, my dear wife, tomorrow your father and brother's heads will be hung on the city gate, and I will personally send you off to marry."
"So what if she's the princess' daughter? She's been dead for so many years. Your Majesty, who would care about you?"
"It was my suggestion to divorce you, make you a princess, and marry you off as a foreign princess."
"From today on, the military power of your father and brother will be given to me, Li Heng. This general's mansion will be reduced to ashes."
Mu Jinan gnashed his teeth and cursed in his heart:
"Li Heng, you slaughtered my entire clan. I will never forgive you. I am willing to turn into a ghost and take your life."
Mu Jinan's younger sister, Mu Yun, came slowly towards them holding an umbrella. She looked gorgeous in her red skirt. She held Li Heng's arm.
"My dear, I have written a letter to the governor, asking the leader of the Qingque tribe to treat our princess 'well'. I believe that she will be reunited with these dead souls in the underground soon."
She looked at Mu Jinan and sneered:
"Sister, I have been with Li Lang since the first day you met him. I used you to get the support of the Mu family and then killed you."
"I was the one who directed my brother to lead the troops into the imperial city. They are plotting a rebellion and they deserve to die."
Mu Jinan struggled to stand up and bite this bitch to death:
"Mu Yun, you are a rebellious son who killed your father and your parents."
Li Heng's face was distorted and he kicked Mu Jinan out.
The morning glow in the sky was as hot as flames, and the heads of Mu Chen and his son were hung above the city gate.
Under the city gate, a bright red guard of honor lined up, and Mu Jinan sat in a carriage decorated with emerald and pearls.
The breeze blew up the car curtains, she looked up and saw the heads of her father and brother, and was about to speak.
Someone in the car covered her mouth and she struggled and shouted:
"Dad, brother, Jin'an will be here to accompany you soon"
It had been only half a year since Mu Jinan's marriage, when drums roared from the gates of the Qingque tribe, and thousands of soldiers, holding swords, shouted loudly:
"Kill the princess, kill the princess"
"Kill the Princess"
Mu Jinan was seen lying on the ground, the cold wind piercing into the wounds all over her body like a sharp sword.
The strong wind blew up her messy hair. Although her face was extremely beautiful, her eyes were as dull as a deathly person.
Suddenly, the sharp blade fell, and the executioner's face was covered with her blood.
Her head was hung high.
The princess who was married off to a foreign country was beheaded as a sacrifice. In an instant, the morale of the people increased greatly, and they charged forward in a black mass, and the vast land became a river of blood.
----
Scene 2 after the crossing:
Shengguo, the fourth year of Tianrui, outside the city of Chang'an.
The maid Mei Luo said: "Madam, please wake up and eat something."
"We will be in Chang'an tomorrow"
Mu Jinan slowly opened her eyes. She was Jiang Xueer, also an orphan. She had occasionally seen this unfinished novel before and had only glanced through it, so she didn't remember it very clearly.
She fainted that day, and when she was dying, she saw her deceased friend waving at her. When she woke up, she found herself in a book.
I vaguely feel that this is a parallel space and time of history and virtual structure.
In the original text, the tragic heroine Mu Jinan did not have the aura of a protagonist, and was killed by the villain, the Prince Rui Li Heng, and the second female lead Mu Yun.
In terms of seniority, Li Heng is Mu Jinan's uncle, and yet they got married.
When Li Heng was a child, he was stranded in a foreign tribe and became a hostage. In order to survive, he killed thousands of people and escaped unscathed. Later, he was bullied by the royal family.
It is unknown how he returned to Sheng State. This man was insidious and vicious, eloquent and well-trusted by Emperor Ming, and had close relations with the surrounding ethnic groups.
After traveling through the book, Mu Jinan's mother, Princess Rongde, passed away. Xiao Wan met Mu Chen, but after marriage she found that he was still in love with Princess Rongde.
She became jealous and secretly sent Mu Jinan to Xuanzhou while Mu Chen was away.
Mu Jinan was young and was kidnapped when he was leaving the city and became a slave.
Later, Mu Chen wrote a letter to ask his sister Mu Ruan in Xuanzhou. Mu Jinan's cousin Nangong Yu realized something was wrong and went to Chang'an City to find Mu Jinan.
Mu Jinan had been a slave for a year. His scalp had been torn off, his body was covered with whip marks and festering, blood, several of his teeth had fallen out, he was mentally abnormal, and he stuttered when he spoke.
After a month or two, Nangong Yu paid close attention and wondered:
"Why does she always forget what happened within a few days?"
“Sometimes I can’t recognize people.”
Imperial Physician Nangong healed her wounds, and even the piece of scalp that was torn off has grown thick new hair.
He took good care of her, doted on her, watched her grow taller little by little, and taught her kung fu!
Mu Jinan sat in the carriage, frowning, thinking:
"I will be beheaded for wearing a book. I don't accept it. If I don't want to die so miserably, I must fight, go deep into the court, change the situation of marriage, kill the rebels, and stop the war."
He thought again: "I have been here for nearly ten years, and I haven't met a single traveler."
She flicked her sleeves slightly, feeling the calmness and safety of the Qinyin insect in her body, and she gently stroked the insect.
We have now crossed Mount Zhongnan.
Suddenly, an arrow pierced through the curtain and hit the maid Bo Qian in the heart.
Mu Jinan, holding the Taoyu sword, broke through the curtain and rushed out. There were more than fifty people on the other side, all masked with black cloth.
Mu Jinan was not afraid at all. He drew his sword and faced the thief directly:
"Who sent you?"
"This county lady can give you ten times the price."
The leading thief shouted, "We only want you," and many people rushed towards Mu Jinan.
She leaned forward and pointed her sword, using the blade as support, her legs and feet as nimble and agile as a bird.
After kicking them out, she never expected that a few thieves would kidnap her maid Meiluo from behind.
The thief shouted: "Stop it!"
The blade was against Meiluo's neck. She said calmly:
"My lady, leave me alone, just kill them."
Mu Jinan suppressed his anger:
"When a bird of prey is about to strike, it flies low and folds its wings; when a beast is about to strike, it stops its ears and prostrates itself."
It is better to take advantage of the situation and not expose your martial arts first, so as to lure out the person behind the scenes.
She put down the sword, and suddenly, the thief scattered the powder in his hand towards her.
Mu Jinan heard carefully that it was a snake vine, and four or five times the dosage of cartilage powder was added to it. He felt weak all over and collapsed to the ground, waiting to see where the thief was going to take him.
