After changing out of his hospital gown, Latan waved to Colin and walked out of the school hospital with Marlene and Ginny.

Although Colin wanted to follow, Madam Pomfrey realized that her patient was about to run away, so she immediately pinned him down on the bed and ordered Colin not to get out of bed until he had completed the observation period, not even with one toe touching the ground.

"Coratan can go down!" Colin shouted anxiously at the time, "This is not fair, Madam Pomfrey!"

Madam Pomfrey calmly retorted, "People's physical qualities cannot be generalized. Mr. Magnus can punch through fifty centimeters of steel when he is angry. But you, Mr. Creevey, can only get angry for a moment when you are angry."

Faced with this argument, which could not be said to be well-founded but only to be contrary to Tian Gang's reasoning, Colin was filled with grief and indignation, and his appetite was greatly increased. He ate all the dinner prepared by Madam Pomfrey by himself.

When they reached the first floor of the castle, Ginny changed direction and went to the magic machinery classroom to practice gun shooting and casting evil spells.

The youngest daughter of the Weasley family was determined to improve her abilities to ensure that the next time she encountered such an emergency, she would be able to provide protection for those around her.

"If anyone dares to invade the castle, I will make sure giant bats emerge from all the holes on its body!" Ginny made the promise menacingly, causing General Shatterstar to unconsciously clamp his legs together.

It's so cruel! This is simply inhumane torture!

But...I like it!

The castle's entrance hall had never been so crowded since Latan started school.

Because of the arrival of warm snow, the centaurs, who had just rebuilt the village on the lawn, used the entrance hall as their resting place under the care of Professor Dumbledore.

As soon as the centaur leader Flannel saw Latan, he immediately bent his front legs and saluted, and asked excitedly and concernedly: "General, are you okay?"

"Your concern should not be directed to me." Latan said expressionlessly, bending down and grasping the centaur leader's forearm to pull him up from the ground, "How are your people?"

"Everything is fine, General," Falaniel replied quickly, "It's all thanks to you!"

His people spread blankets woven from hay and moss on the floor of the hallway, built a bonfire on the spot to roast herbs and dried meat, and cared for the women, children, and wounded.

The adult centaur warriors were silently polishing arrowheads and spear tips, while the centaur children were curiously looking at the little wizards gathered in front of the corridor.

The last time the students helped rebuild the centaur village, the ponies were still poisoned by spider venom. Now that they have recovered, they are very interested in their peers who only have two legs.

Latan recognized that these students were from Slytherin House. They were clamoring to go back to the dormitory to get their luggage, which annoyed the executive officers who were blocking the road.

"This is the infected area, no one is allowed to enter!" Operator Liu Yiqing, with a mouth full of chili peppers, roared like a tiger, "I am Shudaoshan! Go back to where you came from!"

Both of her ears were plugged with translucent yellow gel because her eardrums were injured by the huge explosion when she was fighting the giant Styracosaurus. Even hybrids had to use this thing that looked like thick phlegm to repair their hearing.

Although it looks disgusting, Latan believes that it is the medal of the operators.

A stocky, sloth-looking student stepped forward, and Latane recognized him as Marcus Flint, captain of the Slytherin Quidditch team.

Flint glared at Liu Yiqing and said unhappily, "My broomstick is still down there! Do you know how much it's worth? You can't even afford it with several months' salary!"

"Don't let my hair go crazy!" Liu Yiqing shouted like all the people with poor hearing, "There is lake water contaminated by warm snow everywhere below, do you want to become infected?!"

When the students heard the word "infected", they shrank back with fear on their faces after having just witnessed their classmates mutate into monsters.

Another Slytherin tugged at Flint's sleeve and whispered, "Forget it..."

But Flint still refused to give in. He shook off his classmates' hands, pointed at Liu Yiqing's nose and shouted, "Then shouldn't you help us get the things out? The school pays you to serve us! Don't you agree, classmates?!"

He raised his arm and those who belonged to the Slytherin Quidditch team immediately started to make noise.

"Marcus is from a pure-blood family, can you afford to offend him?!"

"Hurry up and get our stuff up!"

"You can't even do this, are you guys in Cassel idiots?!"

"What's wrong with taking some risks? Didn't you say you would protect us? Then protect us to the end!"

Such outrageous remarks obscure the voice of reason.

Liu Yiqing, who was on duty in front of the corridor, became a small boat in the storm. Her tall figure could be submerged by the crowd at any time, but she still stood there with her arms open, repeating over and over again: "The area below is infected! No one is allowed to enter!"

Flint bared his teeth and shouted, "Shut up! Chinese! You are just a dog raised by the school! Since you protect us, you should obey our orders--"

Five steel-like fingers tightly gripped Flint's head. The pain that seemed as if his skull was about to break made him scream like a pig being slaughtered, and the scene instantly fell into deathly silence.

Everyone looked towards the owner of the hand and saw veins wriggling on that stiff face, as if it was a dead person, and red hair moving without wind, burning like flames!

"I protect people, not parasites and waste."

Latan held Flint's head and lifted him up from the ground, forcing him to face his angry eyes.

"Where were you when Liu Yiqing was fighting the beast tide? Where were you when the executive officers were bleeding and injured? You were a coward when the castle was crumbling, and now that the situation has just stabilized, you have the nerve to jump out and order the people who protect you around with your shitty pure-blood identity?"

Flint was unable to utter a word. The red lion's fingers left terrible dents on his head. He heard his skull cracking bit by bit with his own ears. The fear made his eyes roll back and he foamed at the mouth. There was also a foul stench from his crotch.

Passed out?

It's ok.

The book says that there are many ways to force people to stay awake.

Ignoring the frightened looks of the people around him, Latan stuck his fingers into Flint's mouth, and with a snap, he forcibly broke his big teeth.

"Tell me, what qualifications do you have to order the people who protect you around?!"

Flint twitched in the Red Lion's hands like an electrocuted fish. The white foam in his mouth was mixed with glaring blood. His screams were like a saw cutting through the scalps of the surrounding students, giving them goose bumps all over their bodies.

Latan threw away his bloody molars, ripped Flint's molars out of his mouth, pointed the bloody roots at Flint's eyes, and roared, "Speak up! What qualifications do you have?!"

Flint wailed, "I'm a pureblood! I'm a pureblood!"

"Oh." Latan's expression suddenly became extremely calm. "No wonder he looks so stupid as if he were married to an inbred."

Turning suddenly, Ratan slammed Flint's mouth on the handrail of the marble steps. The noble pure-blood wizard's teeth were broken at the roots, and his entire jawbone was a mass of flesh with an indistinguishable shape!

Throwing the shocked Flint to the members of the Slytherin Quidditch team, Latan wiped the blood off his face expressionlessly and said to the silent crowd, "Does anyone else have any objections to the rule prohibiting entry into the infected area?"

Everyone looked at each other, then dispersed and ran upstairs without even looking back.

Looking at their backs, Latan sighed silently. The students had lived in a comfortable environment for too long and did not realize how serious the situation Hogwarts was facing.

If a villain is needed to wake them up from their sweet dreams, then I will be the one who is hated and feared by everyone.

Marenia walked slowly to Latan, kicked away the broken tooth at her feet, and said with her face raised: "Your temper is still the same as before, you can't tolerate even the slightest grain of sand."

Latarn nodded calmly, his tone low: "I just hope I can do better than before."

This answer stunned Marenia. She raised the corner of her mouth in surprise: "You remembered——"

"I, I think you've done a great job!" said a voice that was so excited that it stuttered.

Latan lowered his head and looked around at waist height, and saw a golden head. It was the girl he met in the Slytherin common room two hours ago.

She had a pair of clear green eyes, a light green hairband, and her ears with jewel pendants turned pink because of the red lion's gaze. Her sharp thin lips melted into a shy smile: "I am Cassandra Wally. Magnus, thank you for saving me..."

It was strange. Although Malenia had no eyes, Latan felt a playful gaze from her.

"It's my duty." Latan said coldly, crossing his arms across his chest.

He is neither good at nor likes chatting with strangers, especially a person of the opposite sex of the same age whom he has only met once (now the second time). The best option is to minimize emotions and language.

Then he saw Cassandra covering her mouth absentmindedly, her cheeks flushed.

"So handsome..." she murmured.

A "?" made of gravity lightning appeared above Latan's head.

Fifth-year Cassandra swore to Merlin that this was the first time in her life that she was moved.

Although she was born with an outstanding appearance, there was never a shortage of men pursuing her.

But these guys are either sycophantic bootlickers or pretentious pretenders. They are all useless people who will run away when faced with problems and cannot be relied upon at all.

When she was nearly swallowed by the lake, these suitors had already fled without a trace, and only the man in front of her, who seemed to be made of iron and blood, stood between her and the disaster like an iron wall.

The strong back, the unwavering actions, and the cold tone with a faint German accent combined into an intoxicating cocktail that made Cassandra deeply addicted and unable to extricate herself.

There is such a perfect person in the world...

Latan was frightened by Cassandra's stare, and asked with a straight face, "Miss Volley, do you have anything else to say?"

Cassandra shyly took out a handkerchief from her bosom: "Mr. Magnus, your hands are stained with the blood of that idiot Flint."

Without thinking, Latan said: "I have my own handkerchief--"

Marenia elbowed him hard on the thigh: "Just take it when someone gives it to you, why are you talking so much nonsense!"

Cassandra only now noticed Marlennia's presence. She looked at the Valkyrie's and Latarn's equally bright red hair and asked tentatively, "Who are you?"

"I'm his sister." Marenia emphasized, "We are related by blood."

Cassandra's eyes suddenly became friendly when she looked at Malenia. The two girls shook hands firmly under Latan's puzzled gaze, as if they had reached some kind of strategic partnership.

Latan finally accepted Cassandra's perfumed handkerchief. He looked at the blonde girl's back as she ran up the stairs excitedly and asked in confusion, "What's going on?"
