You and Me in the Rich World

We followed the security guard into the community and crossed a long corridor to reach the community management office. Next to the management office was a floor-to-ceiling glass window with a bustling atmosphere and crowded people like a vegetable market. The community was beautifully built and very large. There was a swimming pool in the front and a small lake not far away with little goldfish in it. Next to the small lake was greenery, and behind the lake was a staircase, and behind the stairs were houses.

For senior executives who come to communicate with clients, they must first understand the community’s environment and supporting facilities, as well as customer feedback.

Mu Xiaoshi and Xu Muchen asked the senior staff of the management office and concluded that the customers wanted discounts and wanted the best house in the building; but there were limited houses and it was impossible to satisfy all of them. Other customers could only be given some discounts or gifts, and as the senior management of Yisheng Community, in order to sell the houses, the benefits had to be attractive.

In today's society, parking spaces in residential areas have to be paid for. In order to allow customers to become owners, Xu Muchen and Mu Xiaoshi put forward a new proposal after joint discussion. However, the proposal has to be reported to the top management for approval before it can be implemented.

In order to reassure the customers, Xu Muchen and Mu Xiaoshi first checked the environment of the community and the structure of the house.

While sitting in the car and looking at the environment, Mu Xiaoshi suddenly felt a lot of pressure. Xu Muchen's position was not something that ordinary people could hold; one had to have a good mind and strong management planning to be able to control it.

The first house they looked at was a villa with four floors and four parking spaces, two above ground and two underground. The ground parking space was at the back door, and there was a large yard at the front door.

The senior management of the management office took the two of them into the villa. All the houses in the community were finely decorated. This was the reply that Fengling Group promised to its customers. After all, it costs a lot for customers to decorate their houses now, and many people would rather pay a little more for fine decoration.

The villa has five rooms, two of which have their own bathrooms. There is a living room, kitchen and dining room on the first floor. The ceiling is decorated with crystal chandeliers. There is a living courtyard outside the kitchen on the first floor, and on the right side of the small courtyard are two large parking spaces. There is an automatic gate there, so you can drive in.

And there is an elevator installed in the house, which goes up to the fourth floor! Nowadays, people like to have elevators in villas. This is human nature; after all, no one wants to climb such a high elevator. With such decoration, Mu Xiaoshi feels that Fengling Group has invested a lot of money, and the materials are of medium quality at first glance!

The head of the management office received the news from the employee and smiled at Xu Muchen and Mu Xiaoshi: "Boss Xu, Boss Mu, I have something to say to the customer. I'll go over and say hello first. You guys can take your time."
