Fang Muye suddenly had an idea and he immediately bowed his head and said, "Brother, please teach me the Dharma."

Luo Yin smiled and said, "This temple was established during the Hongwu period and has a long tradition. In addition to the exercises recorded in books, there are also some that have been passed down orally from generation to generation. It is a wonderful method called "The Great Return to Zhen"."

At this point, Luo Yin stopped talking about other things and directly stated the content of "Taishang Huanzhen Pian": "Reach the extreme of emptiness, maintain deep tranquility...Refine Qi and transform spirit in the middle gate, replenish the Yin in Li and become Qian...The nature of inaction is naturally round, and the form of formlessness is naturally wonderful. The divine and wonderful will change infinitely, and the hidden and revealed will be unpredictable; the perfect nature will illuminate the ten directions, and the spiritual connection will be unbroken...And its most true body is in the realm of utmost tranquility, silent and without any action. This is its divine nature, form and life being in harmony with the Tao...Forget both the real and the illusory, and the Tao is in harmony with nature. The spirit witnesses the great emptiness, and it follows the cycle of opening and closing with the heaven and the earth. It is integrated with the boundless, moves with the heaven, and is still with the heaven. This is the achievement of a celestial immortal."

The entire "Tai Shang Huan Zhen Pian" has thousands of words, and Luo Yin tells it slowly and leisurely. Although his voice is low and hoarse, it carries an inexplicable power, as if it is in line with some kind of great truth.

After saying this, Luo Yin looked at Fang Muye and asked with a smile, "Did you remember this, fellow Daoist?"

Fang Muye's eyes lit up, he bowed to Luo Yin and said, "I've got it! Thank you, Brother Dao, for teaching me the Dharma!"

Luo Yin returned the greeting and said, "Fellow Daoist, you are coming down the mountain this time. I have something to ask of you."

Fang Muye said readily: "Brother, please tell me. I will do my best."

Luo Yin laughed, "There is a disciple in my temple. He was abandoned by his parents on the steps in front of the temple when he was born. I picked him up. This child is simple and honest, and has a natural heart for Taoism. However, he has never stepped into the world, so he has not taken this necessary step in learning Taoism. His heart and nature cannot be perfected, and he cannot understand the true meaning of the Tao."

"I have been up the mountain and down the mountain before. I have my own insights into the mountains and the mountains. I hope you can take him down the mountain so that I can teach him to understand the various aspects of life in the world."

Before Luo Yin finished speaking, Fang Muye had already guessed who he was talking about.

When I first watched the movie, it was clearly stated that because the world was not peaceful and the temple was short of food, it could not feed so many people, so Luo Yin asked his disciples to compete in martial arts to decide whether to stay or leave. The winner had the greatest ability and could go down the mountain to find food.

In front of the Taoist temple, Luo Yin earnestly told He Anxia: "Behind the gate are two different worlds. You have never seen the world below the mountain. You will meet all kinds of people, good or bad. You must listen to your uncle Cui's words, be diligent, and practice kung fu."

"With your Uncle Cui here, you shouldn't encounter any difficulties, but no matter what happens, you must remain fearless and innocent. Remember what Master said, 'He who does whatever it takes is not a hero, and he who does not change his original intention is a true hero'!"
