Papermaking is the most critical step in the entire papermaking process. A special papermaking mold is used to pick up the pulp in the paper trough and make the pulp evenly adhere to the mold. In this process, the strength and angle need to be controlled to ensure that the thickness and texture of the paper are uniform.

After the paper pulp is made, the mold frame with the wet paper mold needs to be placed in a well-ventilated place for drying. Sunlight and wind can help the paper dry quickly and also make the paper tougher.
