"You must view your body as a small world. Everything in this world is interconnected. The five internal organs affect the seven emotions, and the six bowels affect the six desires. You usually focus on training the five internal organs and ignore the importance of the six bowels. Although the body will automatically adjust the balance, in the long run it will lead to one being weak and the other being strong."

"And the Yuanshen is the condensed form of the spirit, which is the transformation of your seven emotions and six desires. If you can't open the Purple Palace, you can't break through the cultivation level. This is why some people are trapped in the tenth level of Qi Refining for their entire lives because of a knot in their hearts..."

"So there is such a saying," Lu Luan felt as if he had suddenly become enlightened. This time of listening to the sutra helped him resolve many of the confusions in his heart.
