"I am an American general. You have no...right...to execute me..."

He hadn't expected Lucifer to choose to kill him outright.

Lucifer asked the drone to give him a close-up shot.

"Can American generals be lawless? Life for life is the most basic morality and law. Do you think that by abolishing the death penalty, you high-ranking people can escape death? Your actions have caused two families to lose their loved ones. I will never forgive this kind of crime!"
