HP Peter Can't Be That Cute

Chapter 30 Sickness

Alayya, who had fainted, had no recollection of how she came to the medical wing. She only remembered that hot and enclosed space, and the boy's increasingly violent heartbeat and increasingly strange behavior.

She thought she fainted due to lack of oxygen, but in fact she was poisoned by oleander. Fortunately, Sirius reacted quickly enough, otherwise she would have to start all over again.

But when she was unconscious, she had a strange dream. She went to a small dark room. The room was inexplicably cold, and there were the shrill calls of unknown birds. The very simple room was covered with yellowed sheets and quilt covers.

Sitting on the bed opposite her was an exceptionally good-looking boy. Although she couldn't see his facial features clearly in the dream, she had a strong feeling that he was a very handsome boy with outstanding temperament. He stared at her with a bit of indifference and resistance.

He opened his mouth slightly. Alayya couldn't hear what he said in her dream, but the next second a giant python appeared in front of her and pounced on her face, waking her up immediately.

Alayya woke up from her dream, and was glad that she was dreaming, otherwise she would definitely be bitten to death. Although Alayya quickly put this dream behind her, she did always dream about this boy in the days to come, and the dream became clearer and clearer as time went by.

At this moment, she slowly opened her eyes and heard a cold snort coming from not far away. She suspiciously twisted her stiff neck to explore, and saw that Snape's neck was fixed with a splint and his legs were hung on the ceiling. He looked very miserable.

"I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I'm still alive..." Although Snape knew that Peter didn't have the courage to frame him, he would definitely be an accomplice of the megalomaniac James.

"You...are you injured? So seriously?" Alaia sat up excitedly. She didn't expect Snape to be so seriously injured, because she was sure that after going through that magic, the final fall would only turn people into stone, and James's little trick was just to smash the dung ball on his head, forcing him to wash his hair. How could he be injured so seriously?

"Haha... put away your hypocritical expression, as if you know nothing about this." Snape didn't know why he became talkative when talking to the timid Peter. Maybe it was because he subconsciously thought that Peter was a guy who could let him vent his emotions. He would never bring negative emotions to Lily, because that would only make Lily think that he was an incompetent guy who only knew how to complain.

As for Peter, he was always depressed. Even if he said something, he would not repeat it completely to James and the others, or better yet, convey it to them to vent his anger.

Alayya understood why he was so angry, but she was still surprised how Snape was injured so badly. She even reached out and touched his raised feet, wanting to confirm whether they were fake. As a result, Snape scolded her, "Don't touch me!" and also attracted Mrs. Pomfrey.

"Who allowed you to get out of bed?!" Mrs. Pomfrey's roar made Alaya almost jump back to the bed. She shouldn't be that weak, right?

"Merlin blessed you and you finally woke up. You should be thankful that Mr. Black ran fast enough, otherwise your life might be over." Mrs. Pomfrey lowered her voice when she saw that Peter was very obedient compared to those others. You know, she had to spend a lot of effort and even mobilized Headmaster Dumbledore to get those "husband waiting stones" out of the hospital wing!

God knows she almost used a spell on the students! Fortunately, Headmaster Dumbledore showed up in time and took away the guys who were about to revolt. Now everyone is very aware of the inseparable brotherhood between them, even to the point of being a little crazy. She actually saw those devils who were about to cry or had already cried, such as Lupin.

Only then did Alayya realize that she was not suffering from lack of oxygen, but was almost dead. She also knew why Snape was so miserable.

Just as James planned, Snape was indeed trapped in the trap they set, and was hit by several of James's balls. As a result, Snape sank to the point where he could not move while struggling to dodge.

James left contentedly, but Snape was unlucky enough to meet Peeves. (Peeves likes to play pranks and spends most of his time playing pranks and making trouble, especially to Filch. The person he fears most is the Bloody Baron, whose identity is rejected by the ghosts, but he plays a role at the critical moment)

Peeves suddenly started throwing heavy objects such as vases, so Snape tried desperately to dodge, causing his neck and legs to be dislocated. Fortunately, he was discovered by Filch in time, otherwise the consequences would be disastrous.

When hearing what Mrs. Pomfrey said, even Alaia was worried about Snape. She could only say that this child was so unlucky that he was mistaken for a ghost by Peeves. The difference was too big. She felt that Peeves was deliberately bullying him.

And because James ran very fast and there was no direct clue to prove that the puddle of water on the ground was caused by James and his friends, the only thing that could be done was to let the Bloody Baron punish Peeves and leave it at that.

Sirius got ten extra points for Gryffindor for his heroic rescue of Peter, which made Snape hate the four of them even more.

Finally, after Alaia was forced to drink a bottle of unpalatable potion by Madam Pomfrey, she finally had time to deal with Snape, although he had closed his eyes and looked like he didn't want to pay attention to her.

She wanted to try to ease the feud between the four and Snape, not because she was a saint, but because Snape would be a future small boss, and having a good relationship with him would definitely be beneficial to Peter and herself.

At least she could save her life, Alayya thought, so she wanted to show her kindness again.

"Ahem - I know it was James -" As soon as he approached, Snape stared at her with his copper bell-like eyes alertly, warning her and asking her to change her words. "I know it was our revenge that caused you to be injured, but don't forget that it was because of you that they were all sent to the hospital wing and turned into pets. They, uh, we just came back."

Although Alayya likes the way they become little pets, she still has to pretend that she and the four are united in their hatred of the enemy and not reveal her true identity.

"Tsk~" Snape snorted again with disdain. Of course, he would not be stupid enough to admit that he did it, but he did remember that there was such a thing. A very hateful smile hung on the corner of his mouth. "What does that have to do with me? It's just their bad luck!"

"Say it again, you dare?!" Suddenly, a black-haired figure appeared from the corner, rode directly on Snape and punched him hard!
