As soon as the First Army's 150mm howitzers stopped bombing, the soldiers of the Second Company of the First Battalion of the Third Regiment immediately launched a charge towards the collapsed area in Luan County.

Although the Japanese defenders in Luan County fought desperately, the soldiers of the Second Company continued to charge towards the gap fearlessly.

The three regiments' mortar shells continued to bombard the Japanese firepower points on the Luanxian city wall.

The soldiers of the Second Company of the First Battalion finally rushed up the collapsed Luan County city wall and engaged in hand-to-hand combat with the Japanese army.

Upon seeing this, the Third Regiment Commander immediately ordered the Third Company and the Second Battalion of the First Battalion to quickly reinforce and expand the results of the battle.

Under the leadership of the commander of the regiment, the 41st Regiment of the Japanese Army in Luan County stubbornly blocked the attack of the rd Regiment while evacuating the supplies in Luan County from the north gate of Luan County.

The Type 89 tank and a Type medium tank that survived the Japanese bomber attack served as the vanguard of this counterattack.

The tank's artillery continued to bombard the Japanese machine gun fire points, and the tank's machine guns continued to fire at the Japanese soldiers.

Finally, the tanks of the Third Regiment, in cooperation with the infantry, cleared out the Japanese squadron that was blocking the enemy. After a bloody battle by the soldiers of the Third Regiment, Luan County was finally successfully recaptured by the Third Regiment in the evening.

The remnants of the Japanese 11th Regiment, a small part of the Kunizaki Detachment, and the remnants of the Japanese 41st Regiment to the north, south, and east of Xiaoguanzhuang Airport retreated to Pinggu County and joined Commander Itakane of the Japanese th Division.

Japanese Army Commander Itagaki looked at the Fifth Division of less than 10,000 men and sighed heavily.

He had been holding on, hoping to wait for the arrival of the Japanese 6th Division so that they could launch a large-scale attack on Xiaoguanzhuang Airport together.

After occupying Xiaoguanzhuang Airport, they launched an attack on the bases of other devil troops in Jixian and Tangshan, and completely eliminated the devil troops in the North China battlefield.
