Devil's Army

Chapter 21 Nakamura Hiro 2 is furious

The special forces were preparing for battle intensively, but the Japanese were in an uproar.

In the Japanese army headquarters in the county, a squadron leader named Nakamura Koji, who had a small tuft of beard in the middle, was furious. He slapped the signalman in the face.

"Has Lieutenant Aoi not been contacted yet?"

The signalman was slapped, turned around, stood straight again and said:

"No."

"There was no news from Sergeant Matsushita the day before yesterday?"

"Neither do we," said the operator timidly.

"Keep calling, keep calling." Koji Nakamura poured a cup of water on the communicator's face and shouted hysterically.

"Yes." The communicator ran out of Koji Nakamura's office as if he had been pardoned.

Nakamura Koji sat down helplessly. Two troops and four squads, a total of 77 people, three days have passed, no one is alive, no body is found. The two scouts sent out today, still no news. What happened? He had a bad feeling in his heart.

"Messenger." Koji Nakamura shouted at the door.

A messenger with a rifle came in and answered:

"arrive"

"Please come to the conference room for a meeting in 15 minutes."

The squad leaders and sub-team leaders of the Nakamura Squadron entered the conference room one after another, sat down on the stools on both sides of the long table, lowered their heads and talked in low voices, none of them knowing what was going on.

Fifteen minutes later, Koji Nakamura walked to the table with a gloomy face and sat down.

"It's been three days since Lieutenant Aoi and Sergeant Matsushita went out on the mopping-up operation, and there has been no news at all. Does any of you know what happened?" Nakamura Koji asked coldly.

Nakamura Koji swept his eyes around the men on both sides of the long table. Wherever his eyes went, the men on that side quickly lowered their heads.

Finally, Koji Nakamura stopped his gaze on the first person at the table on the right: adjutant Farang Sakai.

Lieutenant Sakai had no choice but to stand up and walk to the military map behind Nakamura Koji. He picked up the baton on the ground and pointed to an area and said:

"Sergeant Matsushita led a squad out of the county town and was responsible for searching this area, but then there was no news. Lieutenant Aoi also disappeared with a squad in this area." Lieutenant Sakai pointed his baton at the map from the county town to Hejiazhai and continued:

"The Hejiazhai guerrillas, the largest resistance group in this area, were basically wiped out by us last month, with only three or four people escaping. These three or four people will not be able to cause any trouble in the short term."

"Do you mean that there are other resistance forces coming here?" asked Koji Nakamura.

"There is currently no definite intelligence indicating that other resistance forces have sneaked in here. We can only draw conclusions after our scouts come back," Franc Sakai continued.

"Just because you said so much doesn't mean you didn't say anything." Nakamura Koji shouted.

"Hi," Lieutenant Sakai responded with his head down helplessly.

"Captain Nakamura," Lieutenant Inukai, another adjutant sitting opposite Lieutenant Sakai, stood up and said:

"When we go out to search, we can no longer send out small teams one by one. We must concentrate the strength of a squadron to search together, so as not to be divided and surrounded by the enemy."

Koji Nakamura nodded and waved, and Lieutenant Sakai walked back to his seat and sat down.

"Then we'll wait until tomorrow. If the scouts still have no news tomorrow, the people from Yamamoto's team will stay behind to guard the county town the day after tomorrow." Nakamura Koji said, pointing at Second Lieutenant Yamamoto on his right.

"Hi," Kiyoo Yamamoto on the right immediately stood up and responded.

"Mr. Lin, you should also arrange a squadron of people to assist Mr. Yamamoto in defending the county town." Nakamura Koji said, pointing at the puppet army captain Lin Junjie on the left.

"Yes!" JJ Lin stood up and responded.

"Everyone else, go out of the city and search, and the focus is on searching here. The action time is six o'clock in the morning the day after tomorrow." Nakamura Koji stood up and pointed at Hejiazhai on the map and said.

"Dismissed!" Nakamura Koji said, and walked out of the meeting room. Everyone also left the meeting room one after another.
