The Story of a Plane Merchant Selling a House

Chapter 102 Yi 2's New Life

It was not until Yi Er contacted her that Tutu had just returned to her hometown after having enough fun here.

Yi Er has arrived at his destination deep in the mountains. The only way to get in and out is to climb the dangerous peaks, or bend over and enter through the cave discovered by his master.

Yi Er and his team spent several more days using flying skateboards to expand the scope of their exploration. After ensuring that there really were no human habitation here for ten days, they released the small city that had been temporarily stored at Tutu's place.

Others were cleaning up and choosing a house, cooking, and some were running to the stream to take a bath.

Yi Er contacts Tutu. He walks around and shows Tutu the new places he has chosen.

"The forests here are dense, and the brothers and sisters all have martial arts skills. There is no shortage of meat. The city walls are also thick and high, so there is no need to worry about wild animals coming in. There is an open-pit iron mine over two mountains, and we will have materials for ironmaking. The master led the eldest brother to sneak out of the mountain and bought some ironmaking tools. When everyone is settled, we can happily iron again."

When Tutu was building the city wall for Ruifeng, he forgot to leave space for the gate.

The brothers had to rely on rope ladders to get in and out, so the children couldn't get out. The forest was dangerous, so it was a good thing that the children couldn't get out for the time being.

Ruifeng said that they could make the big iron gate themselves, and would dig a hole and install the main gate later.

Food and safety are basically guaranteed, but other daily necessities are still in short supply.

Yi Er felt a little embarrassed.

"My master just prepared all the tools these days and made a sword. The estimated value is 500 points. If you want it, I'll pass it on to you. Can you pass me some of the inexpensive and good-quality items like last time, like the burgundy dress that my master's wife particularly likes?"

Tutu suddenly realized, "You want some cheap and useful old things."

Tutu took a picture of Yi Er’s sword. It was a thin sword and nothing could be seen of it, so he put it aside for now. A sword worth 500 points must be extraordinary.

Tutu was wandering around in his little house, uploading whatever Yi Er wanted.

Tutu was originally planning to clean up this old and dilapidated house in his hometown.

Tutu picked out a three-story building, and Yi Er preferred to use brick and stone properties as the carrier.

Yi Er first bought all the kitchen supplies, even the salt shaker.

Then Tutu transported all the clothes in the closet that no longer fit because the whole family had successfully lost weight into the house.

Tutu and Yi Er said, "I am planning to move to a new house, you can choose anything you want."

Yi Er was a little reserved at first, but now he directly suggested packing up the bed sheets as well. Tutu cleaned them all with a cleaning device.

Tutu uploaded a lot of things that he didn’t want to move.

This includes needles and thread, ill-fitting clothes, sugar and salt for seasonings, pens and toys.

The old stuff really wasn't worth that many points. The three-story house was worth seventy points, but all the old stuff inside only added up to twenty points.

Tutu went to the storage room again. There were some old furniture in the storage room. Ruifeng was very interested in this kind of things.

There are still some things that Yi Er can't use for the time being. Although Yi Er is very envious, he plans to leave it for next time.

If all of these were teleported up, including the house, there would be less than a hundred points.

Tutu asked Yi Er to have a look. There were still some items in the storage building on her shelves. In order to allow the sales office to evacuate quickly, a large number of furnishings from the sales office had been taken away.

Yi Er was quite happy that there were so many items to choose from. He and his fellow apprentices were blacksmiths, not carpenters. He had been a little worried about the furniture. Although there were some old furniture in the storage room, there were not many pieces. It was great to be able to pick up a large amount of cheap furniture at a bargain.

He bought all the tables, chairs and sofas used in the sales office to entertain guests, as well as a small number of cabinets.

All that was left to choose were some desks and decorations.

Including these old furniture, the total points just reach 300 points. The purchasing power of the sword made by Master Yi Er is very strong.

With two hundred points left, Yi Er wanted to order more bedding, so Tutu went to a familiar cotton-fluffing shop and bought more than a hundred quilts at wholesale prices.

The curtain fabric store next door had some fabrics for sale, so Tutu bought them and ended up spending over 20,000. The total estimated value was 450 points.

The remaining Yi Er options are all used to exchange for flour and rice in Tutu’s inventory.

When it comes to packing things, Tutu always adheres to the principle of filling it as full as possible.

Yi Er's third floor was finally fully loaded and sent over. Five hundred points were spent cleanly.

The fence that Tutu helped Yi Er build was very large, with an open space several times larger than the house, also enclosed in the fence. Several fellow disciples practiced in the open space.

After Yi Er placed the new three-story building, his fellow disciples saw it from afar and gathered around.

Yi Er was pushed to open the door. "Everyone has some. Let the eldest brother distribute them to you. Don't push. If you push again, don't let me mend your clothes next time they get torn. You can practice swordplay with your bare bottoms."

The eldest brother came over with a crying baby in his arms, looking sleepy. “Whoever’s turn it is to look after the child, please come over quickly and don’t force me to check the shifts.”

The junior apprentice came over to hold the child with a lick on his face. "Thank you for your hard work, senior apprentice. I was just researching why some sold more points and some sold less points. I just came a little late."

The eldest brother distributed tables, chairs and quilts to everyone, and then he and Yi Er measured the size of the kang and cut cloth to make sheets.

The few pieces of cloth were quickly used up, but fortunately they were enough.

After the fabric is cut, it needs to be wrapped around the edges, otherwise it will easily get tangled.

Tutu brought over needles and thread, but there weren't enough needles, so the group of boys could only watch as the few people who had needles hemmed the sheets themselves.

When it comes to blacksmithing, everyone is an expert, but when it comes to sewing, only the eldest brother and Yi Er are experienced, but they are not very good at it.

The eldest brother muttered, "Can't I have a tool that I can use to sew clothes? I've been sewing for so many years, when will it be your turn?"

The junior apprentice brother stopped the baby lying on his shoulder from biting his face, and said with a teasing look, "If I had that kind of tool, I would sew a hundred pieces of clothes for you."

Yi Er glanced at his junior fellow apprentice silently. He did not say that he really saw the sewing tools in Tutu's storage room, but at that time he was thinking of exchanging the urgently needed daily necessities first and keeping the sewing tools for later.

Yi Er felt that as soon as he had a chance, he must immediately fulfill his junior brother's promise.

A man's promise has a short shelf life. He must return the sewing tools in the next few days. There are a hundred pieces of clothes, and the eldest brother cannot wear them all.

Wouldn't he be able to get a few pieces as well? He didn't expect that he would be able to enjoy the filial piety of his junior brother so soon.

The little junior brother was playing the bubble blowing game with the baby without knowing anything.

Yi Er felt very relieved when he saw their harmonious scene, but for some reason, he felt like he had forgotten something.

When it was Yi Er's turn to look after the child in the evening, the little guy was much more adorable than before. Yi Er pinched the little feet and hands. When the little guy was having fun, he pouted his mouth and gathered his strength for a while, then he pooped on the new bed sheet that Yi Er had carefully sewn.

Yi Er wailed, "You bastard, you didn't give her a piss-proof hat."
