However, deficiency and excess can be distinguished as true or false, so be careful when distinguishing. The last yin and yang is a summary of the eight methods, which include the other six methods. Yin syndrome includes deficiency, interior, and cold, while yang syndrome includes excess, exterior, and heat. Internal obstruction of pathogenic heat or hyperactivity of yang is yang, while stagnation of yin and cold, and weakness of qi are yin. Yin and yang are mutually dependent and mutually hidden, and they grow and decline while restraining each other. "
