The ones cooked in the afternoon have been soaking in water. There is no sun now, and they will turn black if taken out to dry in the sun, so we didn’t dry them. We cut them first and soaked them, and then dried them early tomorrow morning.

Since I have been cooking bamboo shoots today, I ate lunch and dinner directly in the space! All the large and small wooden basins and barrels in the house were occupied, so I couldn’t cook!

Although Lu Chuan helped Xu Han cut bamboo shoots after he finished with the bamboo, his waist was so sore after bending for a whole day.

After finishing all this, the two men carried their backpacks and walked up the mountain, looking for mushrooms as they walked.
