Rocot: Reborn

The shadow leopard growled, as if responding to its master's expectations. It lowered its head and let Rocot ride on it.

"Let's go meet our old friend!" With Locot's order, the Shadow Panther rushed out like an arrow and disappeared into the night in the blink of an eye.

"boom!"

With a loud bang, Carlos, or "Dark Night", smashed the door of Lothar Palace with one punch and walked in with heavy steps. The once magnificent palace has now become a ruin, with broken walls and corpses everywhere.

"Lorsa, get out here!" The electronic synthesized sound of the dark night echoed in the empty hall, filled with anger and murderous intent.

"Are you looking for me, Carlos?"

A cold voice came from behind the throne, accompanied by a creepy sound of mechanical rotation.

Dark Night turned around suddenly and saw a robot wrapped in metal with only a pair of blood-red electronic eyes slowly walking out of the shadows.

"Lorthar, you finally show up!" Dark Night said with gritted teeth, and his huge metal fist creaked.

"Carlos, or should I call you... 'Dark Night'?" Losa's voice was full of sarcasm. "Why, you can't recognize me now that I'm in this state?"

"Stop talking nonsense!" Dark Night roared and rushed forward. His huge metal fist smashed towards Lothar's head with tremendous force.

"Hmph, you overestimate your abilities!"

Lothar sneered, and with a flash of his body, he easily avoided Dark Night's attack.

"How is this possible?!" An Ye was shocked. How powerful he was now? How could a useless person like Lothar dodge his attack? !

"How is that impossible?" Lothar's voice was full of teasing, "I am no longer the puppet you manipulated, Carlos! Now, I am a god who is above all of you!"

As soon as Losa finished speaking, An Ye suddenly felt a powerful force coming from behind. Before he could react, he was knocked away by this force and fell heavily to the ground.

"Who is it?!" An Ye struggled to stand up and looked around, but there was no one in sight.

"Don't bother, you can't find mine."

A cold voice came from all directions, making people shudder, "Carlos, do you really think you can escape from my grasp?"

An Ye was horrified. This voice... is...

"It's you! Rocot!"

"Lokold!" Dark Night's voice sounded like it had been polished with sandpaper, sharp and piercing, with incredible fear. The metal joints of his mechanical body made a creaking sound, as if it was under great pressure. The low roar of the shadow leopard came from all directions, surrounding the entire ruined hall like a ghost, trapping Dark Night inside.

"Impossible, how could you still be alive!" Dark Night growled, clenching and unclenching his huge metal fist, as if trying his best to suppress the fear surging in his heart. Although Roccod's voice was so calm, he felt a tremor from the depths of his soul.

"Carlos, you seem to have forgotten that I come from the Shadow Realm." Roccod's voice echoed in the empty hall with a hint of teasing, "Death is nothing more than a short sleep for me."

Before he finished speaking, the space around Dark Night began to distort, and countless black cracks spread out like a spider web. The Shadow Leopard's dark green eyes emerged from the cracks, and its cold gaze stared at Dark Night like a poisonous snake.

Dark Night frantically waved his metal arms, trying to repel the claws that stretched out from the cracks, but it was all in vain. The Shadow Panther was as fast as lightning, and its sharp claws easily tore through Dark Night's metal shell, leaving deep scars that could be seen to the bone.

"Ah!" Dark Night screamed in pain, sparks flying from his metal body. He never thought that one day he would be forced into such a desperate situation by his former companions.

"Carlos, do you think that by becoming a half-human, half-ghost, you can hide your inner cowardice?" Rocot's voice seemed to come from the depths of hell, with undisguised sarcasm, "You are still the same as before, hiding under a steel body and trembling in fear."

Dark Night gasped in pain, his electronic eyes flashing an unstable red light. Roccod's words pierced his heart like a sharp knife, bringing out the fear and shame that he was most unwilling to face in his heart.

"Shut up! What qualifications do you have to criticize me!" An Ye roared, his voice trembling a little. "If it weren't for you, how could I become like this now!"

"Oh? I'd like to hear, is this my fault again?" Rocot's voice was a little playful, as if he was enjoying a funny show.

Dark Night struggled to stand up, his metal body swaying. He pointed at Rokod and said with a resentful tone: "If you hadn't abandoned me, how could I have been captured by Lothar and become his experimental subject, and become the half-human, half-ghost I am now!"

"Abandon you?" Rocot chuckled, his tone full of undisguised sarcasm, "Carlos, you seem to have forgotten who sold me out to Losa without hesitation in order to save his life?"

Dark Night's face froze, and his eyes began to evade. Roccod's words were like a flash of lightning, splitting the memories that he had deliberately forgotten in his mind, revealing the bloody truth underneath.

"Why, you're not talking anymore?" Roccod's voice sounded like a death warrant in Dark Night's ears, "Carlos, do you think I don't know what you did? Do you think you can escape my revenge by hiding in this steel body?"

Dark Night's body trembled violently, and fear overwhelmed him like a tide. He knew that he was finished. Rocot had returned with a raging rage and a determination for revenge. And he would pay a heavy price for his betrayal.

"No, you can't kill me!" Dark Night retreated in fear, his voice trembling, "I know a lot of secrets, I can help you, I can help you deal with Lothar!"

"Help me?" Rocot's voice was full of disdain. "Just you?"

"I didn't lie to you!" Dark Night seemed to have grasped a life-saving straw and spoke quickly, "I know where Lothar's secret laboratory is, and I know what his ultimate weapon is. I can help you get it!"

Dark Night's words moved Roccod's heart. He narrowed his eyes, and his deep gaze seemed to be able to see through Dark Night's soul. "Are you telling the truth?"

"It's absolutely true!" An Ye said solemnly, "As long as you promise to let me go, I will tell you everything!"

Rokod was silent for a moment. Just when An Ye thought he saw hope, he heard Rokod's cold voice again: "Do you think I will believe the words of a traitor?"

Before An Ye could react, a black shadow flashed by, and the shadow leopard's sharp claws had pierced his chest. A beating heart was held in its mouth, bleeding.

"You..." An Ye looked at the scene in disbelief, his eyes filled with despair and unwillingness. He never thought that he would eventually die.

Rokod jumped off the Shadow Panther's back, walked up to Dark Night, looked down at him, and a cold smile appeared on the corner of his mouth. "Carlos, in your next life, remember to keep your eyes open."

After saying that, he lightly snapped his fingers, and Dark Night's metal body instantly collapsed and turned into a pile of scrap metal, leaving only a pair of electronic eyes flashing red light, which flashed a few times in the darkness and finally went out completely...
