I failed again

Si Heng returned to his bed and found someone had sent him a message on WeChat. He clicked on it and saw it was Yun Yao, who had sent him a picture of a snowy scene.

Si Heng was a little confused. Shouldn't Yun Yao go to see ice sculptures and ski with Qin Muxiu? How could he still have time to paint?

That's not right. Didn't Qin Muxiu confiscate his painting tools? Did he steal them back?

"Did you secretly bring the painting supplies back?" Si Heng asked.

"No, he returned it to me." Yun Yao replied very quickly, "But now it has been taken back again."

Yun Yao widened his eyes in disbelief. How could Brother Si Heng do this!

Yun Yao went to Si Heng to argue angrily.

Qin Muxiu looked at the angry Yun Yao and tried to rub his head, but Yun Yao dodged him halfway through. Not only did he rub, he also moved and sat the farthest away from Qin Muxiu.

Qin Muxiu looked at Yun Yao in astonishment. Yun Yao lowered his head and replied to Si Heng's message, deliberately avoiding looking at him.

Qin Muxiu chuckled, and seemed really annoyed, he didn't even talk to him.

Qin Muxiu put down the computer in his hand, stood up and walked to Yun Yao. When Yun Yao saw him coming, he turned his back to him, showing with his actions that he didn't want to see Qin Muxiu.

Qin Muxiu didn't force him to look at him. He just picked up Yun Yao and let him sit in his arms.

"Are you really angry?" Qin Muxiu put his chin on Yun Yao's shoulder and looked at him with a smile in his eyes.

"No." Yun Yao replied. He just didn't want to talk to him.

"Your mouth is so wet that you can hang a bottle of oil from it, and you still say you don't have any?" Qin Muxiu looked at Yun Yao touching his mouth and couldn't help but burst out laughing.

Yun Yao glared at him and was about to leave when he pulled his hand away, but Qin Muxiu quickly pulled him back.

"Okay, okay, I was wrong, I was wrong, I won't tease you anymore." Qin Muxiu coaxed with a smile, "Yaoyao, please don't be angry, okay?"

"No, unless you return the painting supplies to me." Yun Yao negotiated.

Qin Muxiu reached out and gently tapped his forehead, "Don't you see what time it is now? If I really give you the painting supplies, you may not be able to sleep tonight."

Yun Yao glanced at the time. It was almost ten o'clock, and there was indeed not enough time to draw. However, "No, if you give it back to me now, I promise not to draw."

"Your promise is not convincing at all." Qin Muxiu said. If he had not collected Yun Yao's things immediately after he finished painting, Yun Yao might not have had dinner yet.

"It's real this time, I promise." Yun Yao looked at Qin Muxiu confidently and said.

Qin Muxiu looked at him and remembered what Si Heng had told him before: "Yun Yao's promise is just for listening, don't take it seriously." He shook his head decisively and rejected Yun Yao again.
