Super Rich: What to do if the landlord always works part-time?

A special yet familiar guest came to Yue Jun's home.

Yue Jun looked at the little guy in front of his door and then looked at the bodyguards on both sides of him.

"Du Yao?"

"Hmmm (.-`w′-)" Du Yao snorted proudly while wearing his favorite children's sunglasses.

"Did you come to the wrong place? The door is over there. Take care." Yue Jun said as he was about to close the door.

"Oh my, why are you like this?" Du Yao saw the door in front of him was about to close, and quickly stretched out his little hand to push it.

"Hehe, you don't even invite guests to come in and sit down." Du Yao rubbed his small leather shoes on the ground twice.

"Sorry, Mr. Yue, we're disturbing our young lady." The two bodyguards did not go in, but stood guard at the door.

"I have many, many houses under my name, all given to me by my grandfather. If you are willing, I can exchange them with you." When Du Yao mentioned his family's main industry, he raised his chin proudly. This person should not refuse such a great temptation.

Yue Jun almost laughed out loud when he heard this. To be honest, he lacked everything except a house.

"I don't lack a house." Yue Jun told the truth.

"How could that be? My grandfather said that too many houses are not too many, but too few are too few." Du Yao looked incredulous and his voice rose several degrees.

"Although yours is quite big, I can change it to a bigger one for you." Du Yao began to introduce the properties under his name as if he was selling a house.

"I think the house in the neighborhood next to yours is pretty good. If you're willing, I can trade with you." Du Yao was calculating in his mind, a house in exchange for a favor from his grandfather, it was a super good deal (*≧u≦).
