I have a Mount and Blade panel and I kill people in the Game of Thrones

Chapter 88: White Walker Rebellion, Benjen and Leon discuss ways to kill the Night King

As Benjen Stark walked up the hillside, he became more and more frightened. The miserable state of the corpses of the wights under his feet seemed to remind him all the time of the power of the Night's Watch on the top of the mountain.

The corpse horse reached the destination in one go, but it took him five minutes to walk.

Finally reaching the huge rock at the top of the mountain, Benjen Stark raised his head nervously and asked:

"Sir, is this the new Lord Commander of the Night's Watch? Lord Leon Victor?"

"I know you, Benjen Stark. I am a good friend of your nephew Jon Snow."

Lyon was more easy to talk to than Benjen Stark had expected, and with Jon's relationship, he felt a lot more relaxed for a while.

"Did you kill all these corpse ghosts?"

After seeing that there was no long-range force of thousands of people ambushed next to Lyon's boulder, Benjen Stark asked curiously.

"That's right." Lyon did not deny his own achievements. He then looked at Benjen Stark's face carefully.

If he hadn't watched the TV series, Lyon wouldn't have been able to recognize the White Walker in the form of a ranger at first sight.

"So, you have been transformed into a White Walker now, and we are no longer brothers of the Night's Watch on the same side?"

As Lyon spoke, he slightly raised the Glazed Bow in his hand. If Benjen Stark made the slightest movement, he would shoot a rain of arrows without hesitation.

Hearing Lyon's question, Benjen Stark smiled bitterly. He noticed Lyon's hostility and quickly explained:

"Although I became a White Walker after my death, I have no intention of betraying my oath to the Night's Watch, and I dare not fight you. Please put away your bow."

Hearing Benjen Stark's answer, Lyon just nodded slightly, pretending to listen.

Benjen Stark untied the two-handed sword at his waist and threw it under the boulder before continuing to ask:

"My nephew, how is Jon Snow now? Is he okay?"

"He is under my care. He has now taken over your position and become the new Chief Ranger. If you have no hostility towards the living, you are welcome to visit him at the Wall."

"No, no, no, I can't go. The magic barrier of the Wall has a natural restraint on White Walkers like me."

After hearing Lyon say that Jon is now the chief ranger, Benjen Stark first showed a look of relief on his face, and then smiled bitterly.

The Wall was once like a home to him, but now that he has become a White Walker, he can never go back.

After a brief greeting, Lyon knew that Benjen Stark was not here to chat with him, so he raised the Ryusei in his hand a little higher and said sternly:

"It's time to get down to business. Tell me all the information you know about the White Walkers. What are their weaknesses? How can we put an end to this?"

Benjen Stark looked at Lyon's young and spirited face and couldn't help but admire him.

The Night's Watch has existed for thousands of years, and Lyon is a rare commander-in-chief who is determined to put an end to the scourge of the White Walkers.

"Maybe just like killing a White Walker, its army of wights will collapse, as long as you kill the Night King."

How could Benjen Stark know the way to end the scourge of the White Walkers? After a moment of thought, he spoke out his guess.

"Killed the Night King?"

Lyon stroked his chin, thinking, then looked at Benjen Stark and asked:

"Do you know how powerful the Night King is?"

"Of course I know that if we just rely on personal martial arts, even ten white knights like Arthur Dayne tied together would not be enough to defeat the Night King alone."

When Benjen Stark mentioned the Night King, a serious look appeared on his face.

Leon could see that what he said was true, so he continued to ask:

"Take me to find it! No matter how strong it is, I can use the dragon crystal arrows that can restrain the White Walkers to shoot it to death from a distance! Isn't that enough?"

As Leon spoke, he made a gesture as if he was drawing a bow and arrow.

Listening to Lyon's slightly childish words, Benjen Stark couldn't help but look nervous.

"In the Land of Deep Winter, the Night King is immortal. The Thenn Mountains are now part of the Land of Deep Winter. Moreover, it seems to be able to see through the long river of time and strangle anything that threatens it in the cradle."

Benjen Stark's tone rose and fell, like a bard, telling a legend about the undead king.

"Pfft~" Lyon couldn't help laughing when he heard Benjen Stark's strange tone. Before Benjen Stark could frown and blame him, he gave his own opinion:

"Since the Night King can nip the threat in the bud, then how did I survive until now?"

Although Lyon's question seemed unreasonable, it touched people's hearts and made Ban Yang think about it carefully.

"Do you think you can kill the Night King?"

Benjen Stark thought for a moment, then raised his head and asked.

Not to mention that there is no precedent for killing the Night King. Even the Children of the Forest who created the Night King could not destroy him and could only suppress him. So he did not have high expectations for Leon.

Leon tilted his head and thought about the information about the Night King. Putting aside the unfinished original work, the Night King in the TV series did die in Winterfell, at the hands of Arya Stark, who was trained by the House of Black and White.

"If I wait for the Night King to leave the Land of Eternal Winter, I am sure I can kill him!"

The look on Lyon's face when he spoke allowed Benjen Stark to clearly see his determination from his firm eyes.

Seeing this, Benjen Stark said no more.

"Commander-in-chief, may I ask what method you used to kill these wights? I don't see a brave and fighting army around you."

But at the same time, Benjen Stark couldn't help but ask the doubts in his heart, not only to complete the task assigned to him by the Night King.

"Army? If you don't have an army, I can form one myself!"

As Lyon spoke, his face was full of pride and he did not bother to hide it. He raised the Ryusei in his hand and gestured to Benjen Stark to see it.

Seeing Benjen Stark's expression of 'do you think I'm a three-year-old kid?', Lyon demonstrated the power of Liu Xing.

"Om~"

A torrential rain of arrows fell on an unlucky corpse at the foot of the mountain.

"Is this... a legendary weapon?"

After seeing the power of the bow and arrow in Lyon's hand, Benjen Stark's mouth on his frosty face opened as big as an egg and couldn't close it for a long time.

Then, a hint of surprise appeared in his dark blue eyes.

If Leon had this magical weapon in his hand, killing the Night King and ending the scourge of the White Walkers would not be a fantasy.

"The Night King is in the palace of Thern City, but I suggest you don't go there now."

After seeing the strength displayed by Leon, Benjen Stark readily betrayed the coordinates of the Night King, but at the same time also issued a warning.

"why?"

"There is incomprehensible magic in the Land of Eternal Winter. The Night King is invincible here. You will have a chance to kill him only after he leaves the Thenn Mountains."

"What should I do now? The White Walker army is ready to move south at any time, and Hardhome has 100,000 free people who have sworn allegiance to me."

Lyon looked unwillingly at the direction of Thern City pointed by Benjen Stark.

However, Benjen Stark just smiled, then looked at the Glazed Bow in Lyon's hand, with a hint of ruthlessness in his dark blue eyes.

"The number of zombies in the Night King's hands is not infinite. At your current rate of killing enemies, a million zombies will be wiped out in a month at most!"
