【One Piece】Dawn in the Darkness

Usopp stared excitedly as Sugar picked up the special grape, anticipating her eating it. The next second... she lost it!! Usopp was incredulous, and Leo couldn't help but scream as he watched this.

"Idiot, I told you to keep quiet!" Usopp covered his face in anguish; their stealthy operation had completely failed.

Leo gritted his teeth, staring at the specially made grapes that had been thrown out. If Sugar panicked and failed in her mission, all the other missions would be for naught. So... Leo made up his mind, led the little people out of their hiding place, and stood directly in front of Sugar to confront her. "Surrender, Sugar!"

"That guy!" Usopp stared incredulously at the Tontatta tribe members who had stepped forward to confront Sugar head-on. They had actually told Sugar their entire purpose. What were they going to do now? Usopp thought anxiously from the shadows, "What way can they possibly get Sugar to eat the grapes and save their friends who have been turned into toys?"

Usopp cast a hopeful glance at the tontatta tribe confronting Sugar. If only they could defeat Sugar and force her to eat the grapes, that would be great... But seeing the tontatta tribe instantly believe Sugar's claim that she didn't know about their missing companions, Usopp cried out incredulously, "Don't be fooled by her!"

"Ah, that was close! Quickly bring our people back!" Leo shouted, pointing at Sugar.

"Who gave you this wisdom? With your intelligence, you shouldn't even realize you've been tricked..." Sugar calmly ate her grapes, watching the little people rushing towards her, and dropped the grapes in her hand. "So that's why I haven't been to the palace all year... Looks like I was instigated by someone."

"Everyone, get her! Knock her down and pry her mouth open!!"

"How annoying, you actually treated me like a weakling..." Sugar said expressionlessly, quickly reaching out to swat at the little people rushing towards her. All the little people rushing towards her were instantly turned into teddy bears by her. "Make a contract, obey my orders until death."

"Huh? Suddenly there are so many toys!" Leo said, puzzled.

What did we just do?

"Kill all the enemies inside the cadre tower!!" Sugar commanded.

"Kill them all? Does that include me?" Usopp looked in horror at the toys that had suddenly appeared in front of Sugar.

"Defeat the enemy!!" Leo shouted as he led his men forward.

"Trebol, come back quickly! This is a trap!" Sugar shouted at the megaphone Den Den Mushi next to her. "Trebol!!"

Hearing the voice coming from the loudspeaker, Robin instantly realized that Usopp and the others' plan had failed. Robin immediately pointed to the chaotic crowd ahead and shouted to Trebol, "Look over there, Lord Trebol! The pirates are causing trouble, and there's no way to stop them!"

After speaking, Robin controlled her clone and turned to leave. She didn't care about Trebol, who had realized he had been tricked and was angrily lunging at her with his Devil Fruit ability. Instead, when she was caught, she gave him a provocative smile and then turned into flower petals and disappeared.

Her mission is complete. All she needs to do now is help the dwarves subdue Sugar before Torebour returns to the cadre tower, and their mission will be a success!

"Whoa! What is that?!" The little people stared in horror at the giant duck-shaped sailboat that crashed down from the roof.

"Lord Torrebol has gone berserk!"

"Waaaaah! The cadre tower is completely destroyed!!"

When Robin returned, she saw Usopp lying unconscious in the ruins. She quickly patted his face and breathed a sigh of relief when she saw Usopp open his eyes. She hadn't expected that Trebol would be so furious as to destroy the Executive Tower after realizing he had been tricked.

“Robin…” Usopp called out instinctively as he looked at Robin in front of him.

Robin quickly stopped Usopp, gesturing for him to look at the room that had been reduced to ruins. At that moment, Leo and the others had already been captured by Trebol, who had come aboard the duck boat.

"There are other companions, right!" Trebol asked Leo, who was stuck to the wall. "Yeah, yeah, what are their names?"

“We’d rather die than tell!” Leo immediately said.

"Actually, they are my friends, and their names are..."

"Is his name Usopp Lando?" Leo replied instinctively.

"Idiot, I don't have that kind of friend!"

"Oh no! He tricked us!" Leo exclaimed in shock.

Usopp watched in disbelief as Leo was easily tricked out of all his information by Trebol, and quickly whispered to Robin, "Robin, let's run now!"

Just then, a huge explosion occurred in the room, and the flames instantly illuminated Usopp and Robin's terrified faces as they looked at the situation in the room with concern.

After the explosion, Usopp and Robin rushed into the room to check on the Tontatta.

"Leo, are you alright!" Usopp hurriedly moved the rock that was pinning Leo down, looking at Leo's serious injuries with some concern.

Seeing Leo still clutching the special grape tightly in his hand despite his condition, Usopp couldn't help but urge him, "The battle is over! Let's run! No, run now! You're all done for! You can't beat Trebol!"

"That won't do... We have to finish the SOP operation quickly. If we do it, the captain will definitely be able to defeat Doflamingo!" Leo shouted through gritted teeth. "The captain is waiting for us!"

Looking at the determination on Leo's face, at the fallen Tontatta around them, and listening to their unwavering resolve that the one-legged toy could defeat Doflamingo, Usopp asked in bewilderment, "Who exactly is the captain? Leo explained, "That's why the Captain is the only toy in this country capable of resisting Doflamingo. For the past ten years, the Captain has been fighting alone. Without the Captain, the toys would have to keep swallowing their anger, and we Tontatta might have all become their slaves without even knowing it!"

"If we hadn't heard his cry, this country would have been finished long ago!" Leo shouted, tears streaming down his face. "He's worth risking everything for!
