One of the main reasons why the Twilight Cult can still grow rapidly under the secret control of Garen is that they offer an attractive condition to those who are thirsty for power: the ancient gods behind it not only have a hand in the destruction and rebirth of Azeroth, but also promise to give the most devout believers a new power.

According to the years of exploration by Hidden Blade agents, this rebirth is to transform believers into a more "greater" existence.

In the deepest part of Blackrock Mountain, the Twilight Hammer cultists dug out an underground palace called Blackrock Caverns. They secretly transferred fire elementals from Mount Hyjal to Blackrock Mountain, using the boiling fire elementals to reshape the devout cultists into the inhabitants of the new world in their image, such as transforming the cultists into elemental ascendants and twilight drakes.

The reason for choosing Blackrock Mountain is, firstly, because of the existence of Molten Core, the power of the surrounding fire elements is still abundant; secondly, Blackrock Mountain is located in the central part of the eastern continent, making it convenient for new humans, dwarves, gnomes and other members to arrive.

However, the Twilight Cult's drastic action in the Alliance-controlled area really slapped the dwarves in the face.
