Became good friends with the Boy Who Lived

The next time Aris saw Harry was in the school hospital. Harry's head was wrapped in a thick layer of medical gauze. He looked exactly like Quirrell, the professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts in his first year.

Aeris knew that if he laughed out loud, it would be very impolite, but Aeris still couldn't control the twitching of the corners of his mouth.

"You look miserable, Harry!" Aris sat down beside Harry's bed and teased with a smile.

"Laugh if you want to," Harry said in a lifeless tone. "If it were you who was embarrassed, Aeris, I would definitely laugh out loud..."

"I have no doubt about that," said Aeris.

"We are really...brothers in distress...Harry..." Ron said in a touching tone, "Thank you for coming to accompany me...brother...thank you so much..."

"When you get out of the hospital, you should go and thank Cormac McLaggen!" Harry said gritting his teeth.

"Don't visit for too long, Grindelwald!" Madam Pomfrey came over, put some potions on the bedside table of Harry's bed, and then said to Harry, "Have a good rest... Potter... Be careful not to... exert too much force..."

Harry ignored Madam Pomfrey and asked Ron in the next bed, "Gryffindor didn't lose too badly, did he?"

"It's okay!" Ron glanced at Aris, then answered hesitantly, "It's just that Hufflepuff is 400 points ahead..."

Harry obediently lay back on his hospital bed, staring at the ceiling with lifeless eyes, like a salted fish that had lost its dreams.

Madam Pomfrey nodded with satisfaction, and then said to Aeris, "Your visiting hours are over, Grindelwald, leave quickly, Potter needs to rest."

A full week passed before Harry and Ron left the school hospital at the same time. The Gryffindor students were very happy to see them recover, especially Lavender and Ginny.

On the day Harry and Ron were discharged from the hospital, Aris did not go to find them immediately. Instead, he wandered in the corridor on the eighth floor, looking for a suitable location for the base of the Hogwarts defense formation. Professor Dumbledore appeared at the end of the corridor at some point.

"Eris!" Professor Dumbledore spoke softly, but the voice seemed to ring in Eris's ears, "Please come here."

"Good afternoon, Professor Dumbledore!" Aris walked over and greeted politely.

"Good afternoon," Professor Dumbledore said gently, but his voice was tired. "I heard that Harry got the real memory of Horace?"

"Yes," said Aeris, "and it did not offend Professor Slughorn."

"Very good!" Professor Dumbledore said with relief, "Tell Harry to come to the headmaster's office at 8 o'clock tonight for his last class. You should come too."

"Okay! Professor!" said Aeris.

"Go get busy, kid!" Professor Dumbledore said, his voice and eyes full of gratitude and gentleness, "This year... you've really worked hard..."

"I just want to protect my home..." Aris said with a smile, bowed to Professor Dumbledore, and left quickly.
