While they were burning bricks, Xiongwu and the people of the Salt Lake Tribe came to help. Cheng Mo curiously asked the leader: "Are you back so early? Have all the tribes in Kataya left?"

The leader of the Salt Lake Tribe was Yan He, a dark-skinned orc with a full beard. It was said that his prototype was an Angras rabbit, and no one knew what had happened to him to become so sloppy. Yan He smiled and helped carry the bricks while saying, "We met people on the way to our tribe. They couldn't wait any longer there, and thought something had happened to our tribe, so they rushed over from Kataya to see what had happened to us."

"Is that so?" Cheng Mo nodded. They had indeed wasted a lot of time, so it was normal for those people to be impatient.

"After our chief and the Wolf Fang tribe's high priest discussed last time, they decided to merge, so we spent some time moving the entire tribe here." Yan He held his breath and moved a pile of bricks out of the brick kiln and placed them in the shed. The temperature inside was very high, and when they walked in, they could feel the heat and dust every time they breathed, so they had to hold their breath as they went in.

"Where do you live now?" Cheng Mo asked curiously.

"We live in the valley. Our tribe does not live in caves. We all live in straw huts." Yan He wiped his face, leaving a series of gray and black marks on it.

"Thatch hut? Wouldn't that be very cold?" Cheng Mo put down the brick mold in his hand in surprise. The weather is getting colder day by day, but Xiong Bo said that this is not the coldest.

"It's okay, we're used to it. When it's cold, we can just use animal skins to block the wind." Yan He waved his hand and said nonchalantly. Most of the beast forms in their tribe are small, hairy animals with excellent cold resistance. When it's cold, everyone can just transform into beast forms and huddle together and everything will be fine.

Cheng Mo nodded blankly. He still didn't understand the living habits of other tribes!

At dinner, the Salt Lake Tribe and the Wolf Fang Tribe gathered together to listen to the speeches of their own clan leaders/high priests. Listening to the inspiring speeches of the two people standing on the stone, Cheng Mo also looked forward to his future life. They were indeed orcs who could be leaders. They were attractive as soon as they opened their mouths.

However, Cheng Mo looked at the number of people around him and thought that even if the two tribes were combined, there wouldn't be that many people! It would be better if there were more people.

After the two finished speaking, Cheng Mo stopped them and asked, "High Priest, Chief Yan Hai, can you count the number of households in the tribe? Then we will know how many houses we need to build."

"I only need thirteen households." Xiong Bai had already counted the population of the tribe. Those cubs had no relatives, so they would live with him when the time comes.

"How do we calculate this?" Yan Hai had not received any written instruction here and did not know how to calculate it.

"Just follow your usual living habits." Cheng Mo thought of the Salt Lake Tribe who had lived in straw huts before, so he planned to calculate based on their usual population.

In this way, the people of the Salt Lake Tribe learned writing from Cheng Mo, and joined the Langya Tribe to learn weaving and planting, and to make bricks. Their lives were fulfilling, and the ties between the two tribes became closer, until the first heavy snow came.

That day, Cheng Mo was woken up by the cold. When he woke up, Ban Mu was no longer in the bed. Cheng Lingqu was sleeping beside him with a red face.

Cheng Mo shivered with cold when he lifted the animal skin. He put on several layers of animal skin and a scarf before he felt less cold. He walked to the door, lifted the animal skin on the door, and opened the door. What came into view was a vast expanse of white sky and earth.

Cheng Mo exhaled a breath of white air, which was blown away by the cold wind. He looked down the mountain and wondered what the situation was like at the Salt Lake Tribe. It was so cold, it would be impossible for them to live in straw huts. Cheng Mo planned to go over and check out the situation.

He walked back to the cave, boiled water for washing, then woke up Cheng Lingqu for breakfast. After breakfast, he took Cheng Lingqu down the mountain.

There was no snow on the path down the mountain. Cheng Mo thought that Ban Mu must have gotten up early and shoveled away the snow.

He took the child to the temporary residence of the Salt Lake Tribe, but there was no one there. Several straw huts were crushed by the snow, and the footprints on the ground were a bit messy. Cheng Mo thought something had happened to them, so he ran to the cave where the people of the Wolf Fang Tribe lived. Before he reached the cave, he heard a noisy sound coming from inside.

"Cheng Mo is here?" Kong Fu, who was about to go to the textile factory, greeted Cheng Mo when she saw him.

"Kong Fu, good morning. What happened? I just went to see Chief Yan Hai and the others, but they were all gone. Why is it so noisy here?" Cheng Mo looked inside the cave worriedly, but could not see anything. Some time ago, Xiong Bai and the orcs had doubled the size of the cave they lived in. The entrance of the cave was not straight, but made a turn, and the appearance of the deep inside of the cave could no longer be seen from the outside.

"Oh, it snowed last night, so the high priest asked Chief Yan Hai and his people to live with us. It's probably because of those little cubs, right? The high priest is taking the little cubs to sleep now!" Kong Fu smiled and pointed inside.

Cheng Mo nodded and walked in holding Cheng Lingqu. As soon as they walked in, they felt the warmth. It turned out that Xiong Bo and the others had built a fire inside. A group of fluffy little cubs were crawling around on the bed. Kong Yi hurriedly carried the crawling cubs into Xiong Bo's arms one by one.

"High Priest!" Cheng Mo shouted loudly, but the cave was too noisy and the people inside could not hear him if his voice was too soft.

"It's Cheng Mo! Come here, come here!" Xiong Bai held the crying little cub in his arms and called Cheng Mo over.

Cheng Mo brought Cheng Lingqu over. Cheng Lingqu greeted them obediently and sat next to Xiongbai. He watched the cubs crawling to him curiously, and then he stroked the fur of each cub that came to him. The cubs who were being stroked whimpered happily.

"It's so lively here so early in the morning!" Cheng Mo smiled and tapped the forehead of a cub. The little cub thought Cheng Mo was playing with him, so he opened his mouth and bit his finger.

"Yesterday I asked Yan Hai to bring people to live with us. It's snowing outside, and their place has long been unsustainable. They used to have trees to block out the snow, but now all the leaves around them have fallen, so their straw hut is definitely not enough." Xiong Bai pointed at the little cub on the bed and continued, "Yan Hai and his friends went to the vegetable garden this morning to check on the vegetables, so I stayed behind to take care of the kids. I don't know how they raise their kids, they all have such loud voices!"

Cheng Mo smiled and asked, "It's okay for the little cubs to be a little lively, so did they sleep here last night? Was there enough room?"

"You can sleep in animal form. It'll be warmer if we huddle together!" Xiong Bo patted the butt of a little cub that was crying beside his ear in annoyance, causing the little cub to cry even louder.

"Hahahahaha!" Cheng Mo laughed even more happily when he saw Xiong Bai's helpless look.

"Stop laughing and help me coax the child!" Xiong Bo glanced at him and felt even more helpless.

"Okay, okay." Cheng Mo picked up a few cubs and smoothed their fur in his arms. The cubs cried out happily.

After finally coaxing the group of crying cubs to sleep, Xiong Bai wiped the non-existent sweat from his head and asked Cheng Mo softly, "What did you do here this morning?"

Cheng Mo looked at the sleeping piglets and whispered, "I see the piglets that the Salt Lake Tribe brought over have grown up. I want to kill them and make oil and eat pork!"

"Then just do it yourself. Why are you coming to tell me anything?" Xiongbai had already been tortured by those cubs until his head was dizzy. Now he just wanted to lie down and have a good rest.

"I'm looking for you to borrow a few people to help me!" Cheng Mo said with a chuckle.

Xiong Bo waved his hand tiredly and told him to go find someone himself, as he wanted to rest now. Cheng Mo smiled and went out. He wanted to go to the pigpen to see which pig would become the lucky one.

The pigs in the pigsty were lying on the ground grunting. When they saw Cheng Mo coming, they stood up immediately. Cheng Mo looked at the pigsty and knew that someone had come to clean it in the morning. He looked at the grunting piglets and said to himself, "It seems that my skills in slaughtering pigs are still good. They are so fat and look delicious!"

Someone was watching the piglets drooling and begging for food. Cheng Mo looked at them with satisfaction and left, waiting for Ban Mu and the others to come back in the evening to help kill the pigs.
