Jian Yu woke up on the bed in the medical wing again.

At a glance, she saw Dumbledore and Snape standing beside her bed with serious expressions, like two black-faced door gods.

This scene made her feel as if she had traveled back to the time when she first entered school and got drunk in the restricted area.

She blinked at the two of them, looked to her left, and found her witness No. 1 Harry lying there; on the right was witness No. 2 Lockhart, still covered in "blood".

The two of them haven't woken up yet, which shows that she used the stunning spell perfectly.

On the head of her bed lay the tattered diary, and Fawkes who had turned into a baby bird - it was flapping its wings and trying to peck it with its tender yellow beak, as if it had some deep hatred for it; the amnesiac rat snake was coiled up obediently, drooling at Fawkes; and two wands - hers and Lockhart's, were neatly placed aside.

The evidence came together, it was perfect.

Seeing that the first thing Jian Yu did after waking up was to look around, with no regret on his face, Snape's face was as dark as the bottom of a pot, and he immediately started to speak in a sarcastic tone:

"Well, well...our famous Miss Jane is very courageous, isn't she?"

"I led my classmates into the Chamber of Secrets. Even Gryffindor himself would be defeated."

"Perhaps the Sword of Gryffindor should be named after someone else."

People feel refreshed when good things happen to them. When Jian Yu thought about the bright future that would soon come, she felt that Snape's venom sounded much more charming.

Dumbledore grasped his long white beard with one hand and with the other hand, pinched the diary between two fingers and examined it carefully.

After Snape had been hissing venom for nearly half an hour, he spoke seriously:

"Miss Jane, do you have anything to say?"

Talking about this, Jian Yu instantly became lively.

She knew that every word she said would be used as evidence in court!

But she still had to put on an unrepentant look on her face:

"Okay, I admit it... I caused all of this. I controlled the little snake to open the Chamber of Secrets and release the basilisk, wanting to fulfill the great Salazar Slytherin's will."

Dumbledore and Snape exchanged a glance. Before Snape could lose his temper, the old headmaster continued to ask:

"Can you explain why Professor Lockhart was in the third floor corridor?"

Jian Yu shrugged casually:

"He caught some evidence of mine and wanted to use it to threaten me, so I knocked him out and took his wand."

Dumbledore's expression froze. He had never expected that Jian Yu would not make any excuses:

"What about Harry? Why did you take him into the Chamber of Secrets?"

Without changing his expression or heartbeat, Jian Yu continued to make up lies:

"I forced Harry into the Chamber of Secrets. He's a Parseltongue, and I don't want a second person to steal my spot as the heir to appear in this school - so I plan to control the basilisk to kill him."

Since she pleaded guilty in court, there is no reason not to fire her!

Dumbledore and Snape both looked at her as if she were a troll.

Snape's face was distorted, and he looked like he wanted to pry open her skull to see if it was filled with slugs or splendens.

Dumbledore looked at her sharply along her crooked nose:

"I'll believe your explanation for now... Then how do you explain this diary that appeared in the secret room?"

Jian Yu was not panicked at all. After all, the diary had been damaged to such an extent that even the gods could not recognize it.

"It contains my plans after I open the secret room."

As long as she insists that she did it, then she will be the heir of Slytherin!

Seeing that Jian Yu was talking nonsense, Dumbledore knew that he couldn't get anything out of her, so he had no choice but to signal Jian Yu to go back to the dormitory.

This is sure!

Jian Yu walked back to the dormitory with a proud and confident look on his face.

Next, all we have to do is wait for Dumbledore’s verdict and everything will be solved!

......

In Snape's office.

Dumbledore just felt himself shivering from the cold.

He pulled out an armchair and sat down, then lit the fireplace next to him.

He tapped the table with his fingers, feeling like something was missing.

"I don't have those sweet candies and honey tea here, only potions that can kill people."

Snape sat down opposite him and spoke coldly.

Dumbledore, who had been seen through, raised his hands awkwardly and waved them helplessly:

"Severus, when you are my age, you will know how to enjoy the beauty of life..."

"To be honest, using the cellar as an office is not a good choice. It's a bit too cold, isn't it?"

Snape's mouth was straightened, his nasolabial folds were smoothed out, and he said in a cold voice:

"I think if you ask any Slytherin, whether it's the head of house or a student, no one will complain about the environment here."

Dumbledore listened to him quietly and nodded:

"Yes, being assimilated into the environment, or changing the environment... this is what is difficult to understand..."

Snape immediately understood his implication and frowned:

"Who are you referring to? Jade Jane?"

Dumbledore nodded first, then shook his head:

"It's not just her... In fact, there are many people... I can't fully understand their thoughts."

"But let's talk about her... I think she's doing well in Slytherin now."

Snape retorted:

"You mean she's using her identity as the heir of Slytherin to form a clique in Slytherin?"

"Is this what you mean by 'being assimilated into the environment and changing the environment'? I cannot agree with your unfounded speculation."

He stared at the famous wizard in front of him and found it ridiculous.

"How do you explain that, Severus? I can't think of any reason why she should have to take on this role."

"You and I both know that she didn't do those things... She has been trying to track down the Chamber of Secrets, and she succeeded."

Snape was silent. Although he had been observing Jian Yu's every move, he could not explain the reasons behind it.

But Dumbledore stood up and gave his second guess:

"Or maybe she's covering up for the real heir... She found that person and decided to serve him."

Snape looked at him in astonishment. Although he didn't want to admit it, this guess was not unreasonable.

Dumbledore continued, almost in a firm tone:

"I am more inclined to the second one... because there is a third person in the secret room, although no one knows who it is."

"I detected the last spells cast by the two wands - the one cast by Jade was a disarming spell, and the other one... was a killing curse."

"There was a terrible fight there, and the man...even killed Fox, giving him Nirvana."

When he heard the Killing Curse, Snape's body trembled slightly, as if he thought of some bad memories.

"knock knock"

Their conversation was interrupted by a knock on the door.

Snape opened the door, only to find Professor McGonagall and a first-year Gryffindor student standing outside.

It was Ginny Weasley.

Her face was extremely pale, tears were welling up in her eyes, her lips were trembling, and it was obvious that she was terrified to the extreme.

"Excuse me, Albus, Severus."

Professor McGonagall looked anxious and serious.

"This child has some important information to report."
